B.Tech Admission Counseling :

ADMISSION THROUGH DECENTRALIZED COUNSELING FOR VACANT SEATS OF B. TECH IN AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING UNDER FACULTY OF TECHNOLOGY, UBKV.

Applications are invited in prescribed format from the candidates for admission to B. Tech. in Agricultural Engineering course against the vacant seats as listed below for the academic session 2016-2017.

Candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria should apply online in the prescribed format within 19th August, 2016 up to 1:00 pm. Application form has to be submitted online only on University website ubkv.ac.in. No application fee will be required for submission of application form.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
The eligibility of the candidates according to the order of preference (Vide G.O. No. No: 507- Edn(T)/10M-86/15 Dated 19.07.2016) of Higher Education Department, Technical Branch, Govt. of WB) is as follows:

a) Candidates with WBJEEM-2016 rank (General Merit Rank in Engineering).
b) Candidates with JEE-MAIN (Engineering & Technology) -2016 rank (All India Rank).

c) Candidates with JELET-2016 rank and having passed Diploma Examination from an AICTE approved Institute with at least 45% marks ( 40% in case of Candidates belonging to Reserved Category) in Agricultural Engineering.

d) Candidates with Engineering Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with at least 45% (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved Category) marks.

e) B.Sc. passed candidates from a recognized University as defined by the UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category) and having Passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject.

IMPORTANT DATES :
a) Date of Notification of Decentralized Counseling 04.08.2016
b) Last date of online submission of application form 19.08.2016 up to 1.00 pm
c) Publication of merit list in the University website and Notice Board 19.08.2016 after 5:30 pm
d) Date of decentralized counseling and admission 24.08.2016
e) Commencement of class 26.08.2016

Instruction for applicants in brief :
1. How to apply :
A) Keep handy the scanned copy of the following documents which have to be uploaded
during final submission of application form:–
i) Passport size photograph of the applicant (Maximum size 20kb),
ii) Signature of the applicant (Maximum size 20 kb)
iii) Signature of the guardian (Maximum size 20 kb)
All scanned copies will be in .jpg format only.
# No application fee is required for final submission of application form.
# No document has to be sent to the University.
# Documents will be required at the time of counselling and admission.

B) If you are a New Applicant then Create an Account with your valid Email ID as important communication may be communicated to that registered email address.
C) If you are already registered then please use your Old Login details to Login.
D) Start applying.
E) Preview
F) Upload required documents.
G) Submit your application finally.
H) Print your final application form.

3. Printed application form has to be submitted at the time of counselling with all documents which mentioned in the notification.
4. Please note your Application Form number, User ID and Password for future communication/ login.
