BEAT :

BEAT will select 20 students (10 top ranking students from Engineering stream & 10 top ranking students from Medical Stream) of class 10 to help them in achieving their dream destination to become a Doctor & Engineer by providing them free coaching.

Apart from these 20 students, other students have also chance to win a scholarship ranging from 10-95 percentage. The details of scholarship criteria are given below.

Details of BEAT-2016 :
** Date of examination 27th Nov-2016 (Sunday)
** Eligibility Class X studying students
** Registration Charge Rs. 200/-
** Last date of receiving duly filled form by post at Registered Office or by hand before 05: 00 PM 20 th November 2016 (Sunday)
** Last date of Online Submission of application form before 05:00 pm 20 th November 2016 (Sunday)
** Last date of receiving duly filled form with late fee by post at Registered Office or by hand before 05:00 pm at BITT RVAIM Centre 23November 2016( Wednesday)
** Date of Declaration of Result 04 December 2016 (Sunday)

Important Instruction for BEAT :
** Kindly fill the enclosed BEAT Registration Form and submit along with your self-attested photocopy of class 9th mark-sheet (as applicable), 4 passport size colour photographs and cash/demand draft of Rs. 200 in favour of ‘BITT RVAIM EDUCATIONAL PVT LTD’, Payable at Ranchi.

In case mark-sheet is not available, students can enroll by submitting a self- attested photocopy of their Identity Card issued by the school.

** Online Registration Facility is also available on our website bittrvaim.com, where student can download his/her Admit Card for appearing in BEAT 2016 mentioning his/her Roll No. and Exam Centre name.

** Last date of receiving duly filled Application Form by post at Registered Office or by hand at BITTRVAIM Centre is 20th November, 2016 (Sunday) before 5:00 pm for students appearing in BEAT on 27th November, 2016.

** BEAT Registration Form can also be accepted after 20th November, 2016 (Sunday) with a late fee of Rs. 100 till 23rd November, 2016 by post at Registered Office or by hand at the Centre before 05:00 pm for students appearing in BEAT on 27 November, 2016. No Registration forms will be accepted after 23 November, 2016.

** The exam will be a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based paper, which will be conducted on Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet. A Sample of OMR sheet is attached with the Sample Paper for your reference.

** The result of successful candidates shall be displayed at our center and on our website bittrvaim.com mentioning the name & rank of the students along with eligible scholarship.

** The merit list for successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules:
(I) Student having lesser age
(ii) Student having higher marks in Science
(iii) Student having higher marks in Mathematics
(iv) Student having higher marks in Mental Ability Test
(v) Girl Student

** Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession; Fee Discount; Fee Waiver If at any point of time, the government decides to charge Service Tax on the scholarship/concession amount/fee waiver then the service tax shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian.

** Selected candidates will be provided classroom coaching at our Amrud Bagan, Ratu Road, Ranchi Centre.
** The students joining 2-year course of Class 11 & 12 shall be eligible for Scholarships for 2 year only.
** Maximum scholarship for which a student shall be eligible is 100%.
