BOATNR Search Your PID Number

i) Select your Level ( Degree/Diploma or Vocational (10+2) )
ii) Enter Candidate’s Name (Enter starting three characters or full name)
iii)Enter Year of Passing (Enter Year of passing correctly for example: 2009)
iv) Click on “Submit” Button

IMPORTANT : In order to search your PID Number, enter above information correctly.

Candidate Name: Enter Starting three characters for example Enter RAV if full name is RAVINDRA KUMAR MISHRA
Year Of Passing: Enter Full Year correctly i.e. 2009,2010
Date Of Birth: Enter date of birth correctly i.e. 15/05/1988

NOTE : With the help of your PID number, you can check your Councelling, Placement and Joining status on website.

Know your Status of Enrollment

i) Select your Level Degree/Diploma
ii) Enter starting three characters or full name
iii) Enter Year of Passing (Enter Year of passing correctly for example: 2009)
iv) Click on “Submit” Button

IMPORTANT :
1. If your Enrollment Status shows REJECT, please do not panic. Note down Reason of Rejection and re-process your request meeting requirements of the Board Office.

2. If your Enrollment Status shows APPROVED, you can note down PID number for further queries.

3. Please see if your MHRD ID is showing up on not. If MHRD ID does not appears, please register on mhrdnats.gov.in and send printout of the screenshot showing 16 digit loginid to the Board office for updation of the same. Do write your PID number on this print. Without MHRD login id, your PID will not move for Apprentice training.

New Enrollment Process

Four Easy Steps for new Enrollment Process
Step 1 : Go to mhrdnats.gov.in/ and Register as a Student. After registration (Enrollment) is completed here, take a Print out of the page where your Userid is showing up.

Step 2 : Go to boatnr.org/ and Click on Student Services > Candidate Enrollment. On Enrollment page, you need to type 12 character Alphanumeric code (UserId-obtained after performing step 1) Please make sure that entered Userid is correct else on line application form will not be opened.

Step 3 : Now fill the application form and submit it .Take the print out of the mail send to your mail id.

Step 4 : After performing above steps you are required to send the following documents to BOAT office(Kanpur/New Delhi/Jaipur) as written on the print out of the mail send to your mail id.

a) Printout/copy of user id received from step 1.
b) Printout/copy received from boatnr.org mail.(print out received from step 3.
c). Self attested copy of final year/consolidated mark sheets or degree / provisional certificate (to prove completion of Degree /Diploma/10+2 Vocational) (Internet copy of mark sheet will not be accepted). Upon completion of above steps, you will be allotted PID number.
