Scope :
This policy applies to all the applicants aspiring to pursue Under-Graduation and MBA at Chandigarh University.
Eligibility :
A student who has scored 50% or above in their secondary Education (10+2) from a recognized school (under affiliation of CBSE/ State Board/ICSE or others) or in Under-Graduation (from a recognized University/Institution) and is opting for Under-Graduation or MBA (respectively) at Chandigarh University is eligible to appear in CU-SAT.
Important (Scholarship not application for) :
** Not applicable to all Post-graduate courses except MBA.
** Not applicable to Lateral Entry Engineering Programs
** Not applicable to Industry Collaborative Courses.

Any student from any stream who is aspirant to pursue Graduation or MBA is eligible to appear for CU-SAT which is scholarship and admission test various Under-Graduate and MBA programs at Chandigarh University.
CU offers undergraduate programs in Engineering, Computer Applications (BCA), Hotel Management, Airlines-Tourism Management, Bio-Technology, Animation, Film Production, Mass Communication, Fashion Designing, Architecture, Pharmacy and Physical Education.
What is the last date for registration to appear for the scholarship test?
The last to apply on-line for the registration to appear in scholarship test (CU-SAT) is 25th May 2017. All the students who have registered for CU-SAT 2016 would be informed through e-mail about their Test Centers where they would be appearing for the on-line examination.
How to apply for scholarship to study at Chandigarh University?
Chandigarh University offers scholarships to the students who appear for CU-SAT. The students who qualify CU-SAT examination with 60% marks are eligible for financial assistance in the form of 5 % scholarship in the academic fee.
Further if the student submits his or her 10+2/ Graduation score then the student might be eligible for scholarship up-to 100%, if his or her name appears in the final merit list of the students who have applied for the academic scholarships at Chandigarh University.
What is procedure to apply for CU-SAT?
The process to apply for CU-SAT is by registering on-line at official website of Chandigarh University (cuchd.in).
The aspirant needs to register on-line by depositing a fees of Rs.500/- after which a user name and password to fill the on-line registration form for CU-SAT. The student will be able to select his or her examination date and test timings as per his or her choice.
Can I choose my entrance examination dates for CU-SAT?
Yes you can choose your examination date and slot for appearing in CU-SAT. The examination would be conducted on every Saturday and Sunday from 25th May 2017 onwards till 4th July.
The result would be declared on 10th July 2017 which will be followed by intimation through mail to the successful candidates whose name figures in the merit list.
Where can I get the CU-SAT form?
The application cum registration form is available online on the website of Chandigarh University (cuchd.in). The candidates needs to register online by paying an application fees of Rs. 500/- only.
Following the payment of online fees, the candidate would be able to download prospectus and scholarship application form. The form needs to deposited online only till 25th May 2017.
I want to pursue MBA from Chandigarh University. What is the process to apply for scholarship?
Chandigarh University conducts CU-SAT (Scholarship and Admission Test) for providing financial assistance to the students in the form of Scholarship. The aspirant is required to appear for C-SAT in order to become eligible for scholarships in MBA programs.
What will be the mode of Scholarship and Admission Test (CU-SAT)?
CU-SAT is available only through online mode. Right from the application form to examination, all the process would be carried out only through on-line mode. The examination would be 2 hour online examination and will have 90 questions.
