HOW TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION FORM :
BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING THINGS READY
1) Photograph taken on or after 10th June, 2017 as.JPG/.JPEG image maximum size 50 KB.
2) Digital Signature (Scanned) as in .JPG/.JPEG image maximum size 30 KB.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEE FOR STATE NURSING-2017 WILL BE THROUGH FOLLOWING METHODS:
1) Online Payment through Credit/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
2) Offline Payment through e-challan generated after filling the application form on any branch of Allahabad Bank.

STEP WISE PROCEDURE FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:-
(1) Type “hnbumu.ac.in” in your web browser’s address bar.
(2) Click on the link “Uttarakhand State Nursing Entrance Examination 2017”.
(3) The following screen will be appear :
(4) If you are registered candidate click on “APPLY ONLINE” link, the following screen will be appear :
(5) If you are a new user click on “CANDIDATE REGISTRATION” link, the following screen will be appear :
(6) After Proceed the following screen will be appear :
(7) After SUBMIT a verification code will be send to entered mobile number and the following screen will be appear
(8) If you enter the correct verification code you will redirect to your NURSING-16 Home page :
(9) You have to follow the following steps to complete your online application form submission.
(10) Click on “FILL APPLICATION FORM” the following screen will be appear
(11) After submitting online application you have to pay the fees by clicking on “PAY FEES” link :
(12) After fees payment, please printout you application form by “PRINT APPLICATIN FORM” link :

Important Notes :
** Please use your 10 digits registered mobile number as your username for login.
** The verification code you received on your registered mobile number through SMS is your default password.
** You can change your default password after login.
** In case you forgot your password you can recover it by Forgot Password! link.
** If you have not registered your mobile number, please click on New User? link. to register your mobile number.
