Application Procedure :
The Information Brochure & Prospectus alongwith Application Form for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and Masters’ degree programmes are available online at the University Website (hillagric.ac.in).

The candidates applying for admission to a programme will have to fill the online application form whereas for the NRI/Foreign Candidates, the application form (Specimen is given as Annexure VIII ) will have to be downloaded from the University Website and submitted duly filled in all respects, accompanied by requisite fee along with a set of self attested copies of all the relevant documents, to the Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur (H.P.), India so as to reach on or before the last date fixed for receipt of application form.

Note: The candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply provided they produce original marks sheet of the qualifying examination at the time of counselling failing which their candidature will not be considered.

Last date for receipt of Application Form 20.05.2016 (15.07.2016 for NRIs/Foreign Nationals)

Application Fee :
Application fee for all the above mentioned academic programmes is Rs. 1600/- only for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 1100/- for SC/ST/DA category candidates. If the candidate opts for Self-Financing seat he/she has to deposit an additional fee of Rs. 1500/-.

Further if the candidate does not opt for Self-Financing seat at the time of filling online application form, his/her candidature for self financing seat will not be considered even in walk-in-interview.

Non-Himachali candidates are eligible only for self financing category, so they will have to deposit Rs. 3100/- (Rs. 1600 + 1500/-) as application fee. However, due to non-availability of H.P. bona fide candidates, their candidature can be considered for the vacant seat(s) of HP Bona fide category, if any, at the time of walk-in-interview. In such cases the candidates shall have to attend the walk-in-interview.

Guidelines :
STEPS TO FOLLOW :
** Register Online.
** Note down your Application No, Login Id and Password. The password will be also sent to your registered email address.
** Login using allotted Login Id, Password, Candidate Date of Birth and Degree Level Applied
** Update other Profile information as required.
** Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature. You must have scanned passport size photograph and signature in JPG format with less than 100 KB size.
** Confirm candidate profile information along with uploaded photograph and signature.
** Pay Fee online (Internet banking, Debit/Credit card) or offline (By generating e-voucher) through SBI Collect Payment Gateway and download/print receipt of bank transaction.
** Enter Fee Receipt Detail and then Fee Receipt status will be confirmed in four working days of the University after Fee Receipt Detail Entry.
** Download candidate Application Form in PDF format for future reference and printing purpose
** Download valid candidate Admit Card in PDF format after 04/06/2016 for UG Degree Programme and 11/06/2016 for PG Degree Programme for future reference and printing purpose

** Candidate can apply for change of his/her profile information, uploaded photograph and Signature but necessary changes will be done only after last date of Registration and before display of Admit Card.

For this, candidate has to send formal request for changes to the ‘Registrar, CSKHPKV Palampur (Himachal Pradesh) – 176062’ along with printout of your duly filled Application form and Bank Draft for extra fee if applicable. Bank Draft should be drawn in favour of “Comptroller, CSKHPKV Palampur” payable at HPAU Palampur.
