Schedule for Document Verification of DET-2015 :
Document verification for DET 2015 has already started from 26.05.2015. The DET 2015 appeared candidates are advised to go through the advertisement and report the allotted nodal centre with all original relevant documents along with one set of xerox copy as per the schedule published in the advertisement.

All the DET-2015 appeared candidates are here by informed that, they shall report before the Nodal Centre for Counseling (NCC) for document verification as per tagging list available in our website as per the date mentioned below : Document Verification & deposit of Counseling fee of Rs.200.00 in Cash at tagging NCC (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on dt.26.05.2015 to 05.06.2015) (Check DET website detodisha.nic.in for Tagging list)

N.B: The candidates appeared in the outside State centres can attend document verification at any NCC as per their convenience.

Important Instructions:
1. DET-2015 appeared candidates only shall report at the NCC along with all relevant documents of the reservation claimed, DET-2015 Admit Card and mark sheet of the qualifying examination as per the scheduled prescribed above or notified in our website from time to time

2. The candidates who have not appeared the DET-2015 are not allowed to participate in counseling process.

3. After obtaining the marks of the qualifying examination, the merit list will be prepared by giving weightage 60% to Entrance Mark and 40% to Qualifying Examination Mark.

4. The merit rank of the absentee candidates during document verification will also be drawn by giving weightage 60% to Entrance Mark and 0% to Qualifying Examination Mark, which is final and binding. No further qualifying marks will be taken into consideration and they will only be allowed in the vacancy / left out round, if taken place.

5. Accordingly the final merit rank will be drawn and uploaded in the website for awareness of the candidates for choice filling.

6. Registration and Choice filling for 1st Semester Candidates is likely to start from 17.06.2015.

7. After publication of merit rank, the candidates will be allowed to fill up their choice along with registration and are required to come again to Nodal Counseling Center for choice locking and accordingly the seat allotment shall be made by NIC. In this 1st phase of counseling the candidate those who have not got their documents verified, will not be allowed.
