Students those who have provisionally admitted after counseling process have to pay token fees of Rs. 20,000/- and subsequently remaining fees have to be paid on or before 1st July, 2015.

Eligibility Criteria:
** Candidate shall have pass BE/B.Tech. or equivalent examination with 50% (45% for SC/ ST/OBC candidates) at the qualifying exam for seeking admission in the post graduate disciplines.
** The candidate, whose final year results are awaited, shall have to pass qualifying examination with 50% (45% for SC/ ST/OBC candidates) at the qualifying exam and submit qualifying mark-sheet and provisional degree certificate latest by 30th August, 2015.
Selection Procedure :
1. Applicants with valid GATE score will be exempted from institutional written test.
** They will have to appear for personal interview directly.
** Written test will be conducted for Non-GATE students followed by personal interview.
** Admissions will be offered on the base of merit list prepared based on the performance of written test and personal interview.

Application form fee for M.Tech. Programme (all branches) is Rs.350/- (nonrefundable) should be submitted in cash/DD in favor of GANPAT UNIVERSITY payable at mehsana at the time of submission. This form can be downloaded from the website www.uvpce.ac.in
2. Which documents should I submit with application form?
You should submit all qualified examination mark sheet (self-attached zerox) with one recent passport size photo.
3. When and where should I submit my application form?
You can submit filled application form at mentioned admission office in advertisement on or before date mentioned in the website.
4. When shall my M.Tech. term start?
M.Tech first semester shall start according to our academic calendar 2015-2016.
