I forgot my registration number for up bed 2015.
How can I get my registration no?
I have made payment of fees and submitted the form after uploading pic and sign. But I forgot to print the form as I thought it is having last date of 15 for sending form by post. Please help out how can I print my form in order to post it?
Online registration is closed. So you will not be able to reprint the application form thereafter.
