The Government of Gujarat, in the Legislative Assembly has passed an act, Act No.2 of 2008 called Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2007 to make special provision for regulation of admission in the professional technical education colleges or institutions in the State and fixation of fees in such colleges or institutions and for matter connected therewith.

As per the powers conferred to State Government, in Section 20(1) of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat, Education Department by way of a notification had constituted Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC) to regulate the admission of candidates to the professional degree and diploma courses respectively. The mission assigned to these Committees is to carry out the counseling process in a fair and transparent manner. The admission process is conducted by these Committees strictly on the basis of merit and the preference of the candidate.

GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION 2015-16
Information booklet and PIN can be obtained by the candidate from any of the designated branches of Punjab National Bank. The details of the branches of Punjab National Bank, from which booklet and PIN can be obtained are given in Section 13.

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION :
1. For online registration a candidate has to log on to the website gujdiploma.nic.in from anywhere on the internet. The computer screen will appear as shown in Fig 3.1.

Note: The candidates having passed qualifying Examination (1) from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination Board before December 2012 or (2) from other Eligible board or Diploma Admission 2015 (3) more than one trial or (4) with the two years certificate cource conducted by TEB/GCVT/ NCVT has compulsorily to go to Help Center for the Registration alongwith Data Creation Form as given in Annexure-III (Page No. 115).

Important Points :
(a) Enter SSC Seat No. of the latest mark sheet.
(b) Enter Month and Year of passing SSC of the latest mark sheet.
(c) Enter 14 digit PIN as given with the Information Booklet. Remember PIN is case sensitive.
(d) Verify the details entered and if all details found correct, click SUBMIT Computer screen

(a) Your basic details will be displayed. Seat No. displayed will be your User ID, which you have to remember for further process.
(b) Enter the details as asked in Editable details.
(c) Enter the details as asked in Other details.

Important Points for Other details :
(1) Enter Contact Address, City, Pin Code, Contact No., Phone No., Mobile No. and Email address carefully, as further communication will be done accordingly.
(2) Select proper District and Taluka from drop down menu as it is required for statistical analysis.
(3) Choose Password yourself and confirm the same. Remember your Password is confidential and do not disclose it to any one.
(4) Verify the entries made and if every detail found correct then choose I accept option at the bottom of the form, if the declaration is acceptable. If the candidate selects I accept option, he will be allowed to click the SUBMIT REGISTRATION DETAILS . button. In case any mandatory information not filled then registration will not be completed. In such case the incomplete details will be highlighted by ‘ * ’ with red colour. Provide the incomplete information and click SUBMIT REGISTRATION DETAILS.

(a) If any corrections are required then press Edit Registration Details button. After editing, the candidate has to verify the details entered and if every detail found correct, click Confirm Registration Details button. No changes to registration details will be allowed after this.

(b) The candidate will be able to take printout of the Registration Form only after pressing Confirm Registration Details button. The candidate can click the Print Your Details button for print of Registration Form as shown in Fig. 3.8

(a) After printing Registration Form, it is mandatory for candidate to give confirmation at Help Centre.

(b) For the confirmation of registration at Help Centre, the candidate have to take printout of the Registration Form (two copies). Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Form) should be attached with the Registration Form. Both candidate as well as parent/guardian of the candidate has to compulsorily sign the Registration Form at the space provided.

(c) The officer at the Help Centre will verify the Registration Form and photocopies of relevant documents with originals. The officer will retain Registration Form and set of self attested documents, and issue the Registration Slip (as shown in Fig. 3.9) with signature and seal to the Candidate.

(a) It is mandatory for candidate to obtain Registration Slip, without which candidate shall not be eligible for the further admission process.

(b) After successful completion of registration process, provisional merit numbers will be allotted on a stipulated date. Candidate will be able to view provisional merit numbers by selecting sub menu Reg. Details of menu bar, his registered ID on website gujdiploma.nic.in

  • Today is date 6. It means final result of round 1 but I can't know my result.
    When result will be declared?

  • After locking many choices, what I will get in Declaration of Allotment List of the Actual Admission Round-1 06.07.2015".

    I only received one name against my merit no? or I have many choices and I have to select my priority..
