Please Note the following:
** At the time of counselling every candidate needs to produce the following documents in
ORIGINAL :
(i) Permanent Resident Certificate
(ii) Caste/Category Certificates (if applicable)
(iii) Pass Certificate of Graduation (Qualifying Examination)
(iv) Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination
(v) All Mark Sheets and Pass Certificates from HSLC onwards
(vi) Gap Certificate (if applicable)
(vii) Age proof Certificate
(viii) Admit Card of JMEE 2015
Candidates awaiting result of the qualifying degree examination must bring all Mark-sheets up to 5th semester for verification. Provisional admission shall be permitted provided that the student gives an undertaking that he/she shall be able to provide final mark sheet and certificate of qualifying examination with requisite minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category) within 2 months of taking admission failing which the admission of the student shall automatically stand cancelled. Candidates seeking provisional admission shall have to clear all subjects up to 5th semester in degree level. Candidates with backlog subjects shall not be considered.
Candidates failing to be present on the date and time specified will forfeit his/her Seat and the Seat will be allotted to the Candidate next to him/her in the Merit List
Candidates are requested to bring 2 (two) Photostat copies of Caste Certificate (if applicable).
The Merit of the Bracketed Candidates will be decided based on the Percentage of marks scored in their Qualifying Examination
