MBA AND Ph.D. Admission :
ELIGIBILITY :
MBA : Candidates applying for admission to the Two Year Full-Time MBA must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline after 12 years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks (SC/ST: Passing marks; OBC/PWD/CW: 45%) or equivalent CGPA.

DOCTORAL PROGRAMME: Candidates, seeking admission to FMS Doctoral Programme are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT 2015) conducted by Indian Institutes of Management on 29th November, 2015, unless exempted as per stipulations provided in FMS Information Bulletin. Candidates exempted from the admission test are required to apply on a prescribed application form along with a demand draft of Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of “The Registrar, University of Delhi” by 29th February, 2016. For application form and other eligibility conditions, please refer to the website of the University of Delhi (Eligibility Criteria for Enrollment to Doctoral programme).
FOREIGN STUDENTS : All Foreign Nationals seeking admission to MBA and Ph.D. programmes should apply through the office of the Deputy Dean (Foreign Students), Conference Center, Opposite Botany Department, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, India.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE :
Applicants can register themselves for admission to two year full time MBA and Ph.D. programmes through FMS website fms.edu by filling up online registration form and by paying the requisite fee of Rs.1000/- (Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PWD category) for each programme, during 1st October, 2015 to 15th November, 2015. Admission to MBA programme will be based on Extempore Speech, Personal Interview & CAT 2015 score (Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management on 29th November, 2015). Applicants who have not taken CAT 2015 will not be considered for admission.
Admission to Ph.D. programme will be based on Academic Performance, Essay Writing and Personal Interview of the eligible candidates as per the Eligibility Criteria.
Notes :
(i) A candidate may apply for one or more programmes of FMS.
(ii) Incomplete form(s) and those without requisite fee will not be entertained.
(iii) FMS, University of Delhi will not be responsible for any postal delay.
(iv) FMS will not entertain any chargeback cases of online payment.
(v) All matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
(vi) Those applying for the reserved category seats (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/CW) need to send self-attested photocopy of their applicable category certificates.
(vii) All candidates are required to send the computer generated Application Acknowledgement Form, after online registration, along with the supporting documents to FMS latest by 11th December, 2015.
(viii) FMS uses CAT score for shortlisting the candidates for the above programmes. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
(ix) The eligibility criteria for CAT is as set by the IIMs.

FMS Online Application System :
** E-registration is the online registration system for admission to MBA, MBA Executive, MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) and Ph.D. Programmes offered by the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
** Admission to two year full time MBA programme will be based on Extempore Speech, Personal Interview and CAT 2015 (Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management on November 29, 2015) score. Applicants may visit iimcat.ac.in for information about CAT 2015. Applicants who have not taken CAT 2015 will not be considered for admission.
** Admission to two year evening MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) Programmes will be based on Academic: Graduation Marks, Executive Experience, General Ability Test (GAT) and Personal Interview.
** Admission to Ph.D. programme will be based on Academics, Essay Writing and Personal Interview. Applicants who have not taken CAT 2015 will not be considered for admission, unless exempted as per stipulations in FMS Information Bulletin. Ph.D. Candidates exempted from CAT 2015 are required to apply offline along with a demand draft of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of “The Registrar, University of Delhi” by 29th February, 2016. ** The Candidates will be required to produce their original certificates and mark sheets at the time of interview.
Important note :
** A candidate needs to have access to a computer. Those applying for MBA and Ph.D. programmes need CAT 2015 Registration Number.
** Candidates belonging to categories other than SC/ST/PWD are required to pay a Registration Fee of Rs.1000/- and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are required to pay a Registration Fee of Rs.350/- for applying to each programme.
** Payment of Registration fee can be made through the Internet Payment Gateway of the Yes Bank by your Credit Card/Debit Card only.
** Candidates who wish to apply to more than one programme are required to register and pay separately for each programme.
** You will need to upload the scanned images of your photograph and signature in the online application form. Each Image size should be less than 1 MB. No special characters allowed in the image file names.
** Candidates belonging to reserved categories should send self-attested photocopies of Caste/Category certificates along with the printed Application Acknowledgement Form.
** All Foreign Nationals seeking admission to MBA or Ph.D. programme should apply through the office of the Deputy Dean (Foreign Students), Conference Centre, opposite Botany Department, University of Delhi-110007, India, latest by 29th February, 2016.

Points to remember for applying (Online Admission) :
** All candidates will have to apply through Online Admission System only. There will be no other mode of registration for admission to FMS, Delhi.
** You are required to send the printed version of the Application Acknowledgement Form along with the appropriate documents to The Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi–110007 on or before 11th December, 2015.
** A receipt of the Application Acknowledgement Form will be sent to your registered email-ID provided by you at the time of online registration.
** Applicants for two year full time MBA and Ph.D. are required to appear in the CAT 2015 conducted by IIMs.
** Your Application Acknowledgement Form must be printed and accompanied by a Caste/Category certificate (if applicable) and an additional passport-size colour photograph.
** Email-ID provided by you at the time of online registration must remain active till 31st August, 2016.
** Work experience is mandatory for candidates applying for two year evening MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) programmes. All such candidates are required to attach a “Certificate from the Sponsoring Authority” along with the Application Acknowledgement Form.
