Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following courses for the Academic year 2015-16.

2. ELIGIBILITY : As per MCI/DCI guidelines
Selection of candidates will be on the basis of the marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test.

3. THE APPLICATION is attached herewith. Applications are also available at the Administrative Office of Yenepoya University. Duly filled in applications (with both the copies of TAT) along with a DD for a sum of Rs.750/- in favour of Yenepoya University payable at Mangaluru, towards Entrance Test Fee (non refundable), may be sent to:

5. EVERY CHALLENGE to the Answer key has to be sent along with a D.D. for Rs.250/- drawn in favour of Yenepoya University payable at Mangalore. In case the challenge is correct the amount will be refunded. Decision of the Chief Examiner / Co-ordinator will befinal.

6. RAGGING is strictly prohibited & will attract stringent penal action against the errants as per GOI/MCI/UGC Notifications. Copy of the UGC Notification is appended.

DECLARATION by APPLICANT & THE PARENT :
The statements made above are true, to the best of our knowledge and belief. If found untrue, we are prepared to forego our seat. We undertake to abide by all the rules and regulations relating to the university framed from time to time. We understand that the university has the authority to expel a student for disinterest in studies, misbehavior, violation of rules and regulations. We hereby declare that we know the financial obligation and we can afford and undertake to pay the tuition and other fees payable to the university. We also understand that the fees once paid will not be refunded for any reasons.

RAGGING IS PROHIBITED IN YENEPOYA INSTITUTIONS :
“Ragging, by any student of the Yenepoya Institutions, is strictly prohibited, whether within the campus or outside, punishable under the law. If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student perpetrator shall be given liberty to explain, and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, he is liable to be expelled from the Institution.”

Instructions to candidates :
1. The Candidate shall be present at the Examination Centre 40 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
2. Possession of valid Admission Ticket is mandatory. Loss of Admission Ticket, due to any reason, must be brought to the notice of the Chief Superintendent at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.
3. Copying and malpractices of any kind are strictly prohibited.
4. Possession of any kind of electronic gadgets (Cell phone, calculator, etc.) is prohibited in the Examination Hall.
5. The Candidate shall not leave the Examination Hall before 30 minutes of the commencement of the Examination.
6. The Candidate will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after 30 minutes from the commencement of the Examination.
