The candidate must retain a photocopy of his/her filled in Confirmation Page, Fee receipt for future correspondence.

Candidates can apply for GBPUAT Entrance Examination 2016 ‘ON-LINE’ through G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar website w.e.f. 16-02-2016 to 31-03-2016.

Candidates will need to download the Prospectus and read it carefully to ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria:
UG and Masters Only Uttarakhand Domicile Candidates
M.Tech., MCA and Ph.D Uttarakhand domicile and Other State Candidates are eligible
Sponsored (Masters’, M.Tech and Ph.D.) Only GBPUAT, Pantnagar Employees and Development Departments of State Govt.

Keep all the documents and information ready before applying online.
Scanned images of candidate colour photograph (size 20kb – 50kb).
Scanned Signature with Black/Blue pen on white paper (size 10kb – 20kb).
Scanned Left Hand Thumb impression on white paper (size 10kb – 20kb).

Please ensure to dispatch the Confirmation Page after online filling of application form alongwith the documents.
1. Confirmation page print out.
2. Copy of Fee Receipt.
3. Self attested copy of Category and Weightage Certificate, if eligible
4. Self attested copy of Certificate/Marksheet of qualifying examination.
5. Self attested copy of High School Certificate.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR FILLING OF ONLINE APPLICATION :
** The candidates are requested to apply via one mode only online.
** If Candidates have a valid e-mail ID, The candidates are requested to Enter it in the Application Form. The Registration number, password, admit card for written test and call letter for counseling or any other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID of candidate (also check mail in spam box). The candidates are requested to check regularly their e-mail for any communication from GBPUA&T. The candidate should not disclose password to any other candidate / person.
Please note that the Admit Card for written test will not be sent by post. Admit card has to be downloaded by the candidate himself/herself.
** Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in on-line application. Any mistake committed by the candidate shall be his/her sole responsibility.
** The candidates should ensure the completion of all Steps of the registration process and deposition of examination fee as mentioned in the instructions by stipulated date.
** Application once submitted will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded in any case neither it shall be held reserved for any other examination or selection process in future.
