UGAT :

The candidates applying admissions under All India Category and NRI Sponsored category are required to apply and appear for the admission test UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) to be conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) on May 07, 2016 at various centers of India.

2. In addition to UGAT application form, the candidates are also required to apply for Institute of Management, Nirma University.
3. The candidates applying under Gujarat State Category (in qualifying examination minimum aggregate 90% of marks) and NRI (Self) Category need not appear for entrance test (UGAT).

1. Read the Admission Application Instructions carefully before filling up the form. The instructions are available below.
2. Fill in the on line application form and submit it along with an online payment of Rs.1200/- by credit card/debit card/net banking.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR ADMISSION AND WILL BE CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT ON 25th May, 2016

This application form consist of six sections and then the final payment option. After entering the data into each section click, the “SAVE” button provided at the bottom right side of each section and you will move to the next section.

Some of the fields in the Application Form are mandatory and marked with a * mark. They must be completed accurately for your application to be considered valid. You may not complete the Online Form in one sitting. You can save the entries made in your form and complete it in more than one sitting.

Whenever you make entry/changes in the form do not forget to click the “SAVE” button. The fields Firstname, Lastname, Date of Birth and email are mandatory and not editable. If you make any mistakes in these fields, you need to contact the help desk to edit the same.

Capturing the field “Category” under the section – “Personal Information”, there are All India Category and NRI Sponsored Category.

The application processing fee is INR 1200/- for All India Category and INR 1550/- for NRI Sponsored Category. The candidates once complete entries in all the sections of the form, they should proceed to “Payment Details” for making the payment.

You will be taken through the steps to make payment with various options and required to select the online payment option and to be done through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.

If at any stage of the admission process, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him/her is incorrect, his/her application for the Programme admission will stand cancelled. The admission application processing fee is nonrefundable in any case.

Candidates should provide their contact details such as e-mail, mobile number, address, etc. in the application that should be valid till July 2016.
