Common Admission Test :

Admissions will be made in respect of the following courses for the Academic Session 2016-2017.

Eligibility :
Ph.D. in Law :
An applicant holding L L .M. Degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks is eligible to apply. The application form complete in all respect along with a brief Research Plan shall be submitted for admission. LL.M.-One Year Programme :
LL.B. Degree (with not less than 50% marks) from any University / Institution recognized by Bar Council of India as eligible for enrollment as an advocate in India.or A Law Degree from a foreign country with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.

The candidates appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission. If the result of the qualifying examination is not declared till the date of admission, his/her admission shall be provisional.

Such candidate shall give an undertaking that he/she is taking the provisional admission at his/her risk and that he/she shall submit the result of qualifying examination on or before 15.09.2016. In case the candidate fails to submit his/her final result of qualifying examination to prove his/her eligibility on or before 15.09.2016 for any reason whatsoever, his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled and the entire fee forfeited.

PG Diploma Programmes :
Minimum qualification for admission to the P.G. Diploma Programmes is a Graduate Degree from a recognized University. 5% weightage will be given to the Law Graduates for admission to all Post Graduate Diploma Courses.

Candidates who have passed or appeared in the 4th year examination of LL.B. (five year course) from a recognized institute/university are also eligible for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Programmes.

Five seats of each programmes are reserved for these students. The admission will be made based on the marks obtained in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of the University examinations.

How to apply :

1) Candidate have to Click on “Click Here For New Registration” to get Register.
2) Select Program and course as shown in below Figure-02 , then click on Proceed button.
3) Candidate will get “Personal detail’s” form to complete his/her all Mandatory personal details as shown in Figure-03, to continue Registration click on “Save and Continue” button.
4) Check the Check-box and click on Submit button as shown in Figure-04.

5) Now you will receive SMS and E-mail on your registered Mobile No. and Registered E- mail ID with Application ID and Password like shown below. Click on Proceed button to continue to fill admission Application other wise click on Home button to go to on Main home page.

6) After Click on “Proceed” button candidate will redirected to Application Form as shown in Figure-06.

7) After redirected to Application Form candidate will have to complete Personal detail’s tab, once Personal details all field get filled candidate has to click on “Save and Continue” button to continue Application Form, as shown below.

8) From “Personal details ” tab form will redirect to Address Details tab, In case of same address click on “Copy” button else enter complete permanent address then click on “Save and Continue” button.

9) Now Candidate will get Qualification Examination detais tab to complete, he/she has to complete all educational details in chronological order as shown below later click on “Save and Continue” button to Continue with Application Form.

10) In Other Details tab candidate has to fill all Information as shown in below.
11) Now candidate have to Upload “Photo” and Signature, as shown in below Figure.
12) All documents in case of Resident to J & K , Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped upload in “Upload Documents” tab as shown in below Figure.
13) In case of LL.M and Ph.D candidate has to Enter Statement or He/She has to Upload supporting document.
14) Once candidate get filled all tab details, He / She entitled to make Payment “Online” or “Offline” as shown below Figure.
15) After Fill/Complete Payment Details and other Tab details, form will look like below Figure, and now candidate can do Final Submission of Application Form.
16) On or Before Final Submission of Application Form , candidate can see his “Application Form” in pdf file by click on “Preview” button.
