Revaluation of Answer book :
It has been decided to quicken the process Revaluation of Answer book, Principals are requested to follow the methodology and extend full support and cooperation.

I. Instructions to Principals :
The candidates can apply for Scanned copies of Answer Book with a fee of Rs.100/- each and subsequently for Revaluation with a fee of Rs.400/- each.
The applications for Scanned copy as well as Revaluation shall be retained in the Institution itself and only the details of applicants shall be sent on-line on the website tndte.com on a day-to-day basis for processing using the password used for October 2015 Revaluation.
The Principal, can download the Scanned copy in the dates between 07.06.2016 to 11.06.2016
II. Payment of fees to DOTE by Principals :
The fee collected for Scanned copies is to be paid on-line (Not using exam fees challan form) in the name of Additional Director (Exam) in SB Account No. 479134712 and Bank IFSC Code No. IDIB000D050 Indian Bank, DOTE Office Branch on or before 03.06.2016 without fail.
The fee collected for Revaluation is to be paid on-line (Not using exam fees challan form) in the name of Additional Director (Exam) in SB Account No. 479134712 and Bank IFSC Code No. IDIB000D050 Indian Bank, DOTE Office Branch on or before 13.06.2016 without fail.

On-line data collection from Institutions for getting Scanned copy 27-05-2016 Friday to 02-06-2016 Thursday
Data for sending original answer book to central valuation centres 27-05-2016 Friday to 02-06-2016 Thursday
Collection of answer books at DOTE from central valuation centres 29-05-2016 Sunday to 02-06-2016 Thursday
Uploading of Scanned copies to Institutions 07-06-2016 Tuesday
Last date to apply for revaluation by candidate 10-06-2016 Friday
On-line data collection from Institutions for revaluation 07-06-2016 Tuesday to 11-06-2016 Saturday
Declaration of Result 16-06-2016 Thursday
As it has been decided to speed up the Revaluation process, you are requested to send the original answer books to R.O.IV through messenger on 01.06.2016 with all the original answer books uploaded till 31.05.2016.
Similarly send the final lot uploaded on 03.06.2016 on 04.06.2016 without fail by a messenger. In Chennai zone, the Principals are requested to send he answer books to Regional Officer IV on a day-to-day basis by a messenger.
Please do not send any answer books by post or courier. The messengers are eligible for Travelling Allowance / Dearness Allowance as per norms.
General Instructions:
You are requested to check on-line on the website tndte.com every day and act accordingly.
While sending the Original Answer books you are requested to sign at the end of the Answer book where the candidate has written the last line of his / her answer, with a certificate stating the total number of pages the candidate has written answers.
