Merit List of candidates offered Admission in M.A., M.Sc. & M.L.I.Sc. Entrance Test for Academic Year 2016 – 17

1. It must be noted that mere issuance of Hall Ticket, allowing a candidate in the entrance examination and complete the process of provisional admission does not entitle a candidate for confirmed admission if she/he required eligibility conditions for admission as prescribed in the Prospectus Academic Year 2016-17.
This will be verified at the time of admission and subsequently at any stage during the pursuance of the course/programme or a candidate does not fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements, the provisional admission or degree shall stand cancelled forthwith.
2. Selected candidates are required to complete the enrolment online by followin web-link provided on the CUG admission website. The candidate should fill the online forms and declarations as listed below and demo of the process is available on the webpage.
a. Enrolment form
b. Identity card form
c. Fee payment
d. Anti-ragging declaration
e. Upload scanned copy of qualifying certificates and documents e.g. qualifying mark-sheet and degree, high school certificate or birth certificate, cast certificate where required.
3. After filling the forms and uploading the above documents online, a PDF file will be generated. Candidates need to print all the PDF documents thus generated and bring the hard copies along with originals and one set of attested copies of certificates including mark sheets, degree certificates (from High School onwards).
Migration/Transfer Certificate should be submitted in original. Candidates should report in person for verification of the documents to Admission department, Central University of Gujarat, Sector
4. After the successful verification of all the documents the students will be given provisional admission to the programme of study she/he has qualified.
A candidate will only be admitted to one programme of study even if she/he has qualified to more than one programme. Usually change of programme is not allowed once the admission to a programme of study has been taken.
