CEE-AMPAI- WB Frequently Asked Questions

1) Other than Sikh Minority students, can “Other Category” students also appear for CEE AMPAI-2015 Examination?

Ans :Yes, Students from All Community, Religion or Caste can appear for CEE AMPAI-2015 examination. During admission, Sikh community students will get preferenceof admission during the counselling process and once all eligible minority candidates have been admitted, the remaining vacant seats may be filled up by students from “Other Category” students on the basis of merit/rank. The student has to be an Indian National.

2) What is the Examination Fee ?
Ans : Rs.200/-

3) How to pay the Examination fee ?
Ans : There are 2 ways to pay the Examination fee. – Online or Offline. Student(s) can pay the examination fee only in one of the above ways. For students who are filling up the application form online, can make the payment via online payment gateway through debit or credit cards.

For the students who wish to fill up offline, may download a pdf copy of the CEE AMPAI 2015 application form from the website, and take a print out and fill it up manually. This filled up form needs to be submitted with the examination fee of Rs.200 via a demand draft.

The Examination fee to be paid via a Demand Draft(DD) from any bank in favour of “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes” or “AMPAI” payable at Kolkata. The DD to be sent in original along with the Application Form.

Please note: The candidate’s name, mobile number and address must be written in the back side of the DD.

4) How I will get my Application Form Number ?
Ans : The Application Form Number will be allocated by CEE AMPAI office and the same will be informed to you through SMS and also will be available in the Admit Card.

5) How I will get detail about syllabus, examination detail, marking, ranking, counselling and admission system etc. ?
Ans :In the CEE AMPAI-2015 web site ampai.in, in the Notification Section, there is an option – “Download CEE AMPAI 2015 Brochure”. Click & download the same and all details are available.

6)If my residence is in other state, can I Choose an Examination Centre in a different state / location?
Ans : Yes, it is possible. The examination centres shall be in the following locations:

7)Apart from Demand Draft, what are the other documents to be attached along with the Application Form ?
Ans : Other documents to be attached are – (a) 10th Std. –Marksheet + Admit Card (b)12th Std.—Admit Care (c) Domicile Certificate (Xerox & attested)

8)Where from I can get the domicile certificate ?
Ans : Xerox of the same domicile certificate that you have produced for WBJEE / JEE(Main) may be used here. Otherwise, you can collect from any Govt. Administrative Official of your area like DM, ADM, CP, ACP (full detail available in the CEE AMPAI-2015 Brochure)

9)If I have not Appeared for WBJEE / JEE(Main) exam, Can I appear for CEE AMPAI-2015 Examination?
Ans : Yes, you can appear

10)If I have filled up Form for WBJEE / JEE(Main) exam, Can I appear for CEE AMPAI-2015 Examination?
Ans : Yes, you can appear

11)When & how I will get my Admit Card ?
Ans : The Admit Card of the valid/eligible candidates will be made available online. The process shall be notified shortly.

12) If I don’t receive the Admit Card before Examination Date, will I be allowed to appear in the Exam.?
Ans : Candidates may collect physically their Admit Card one day before(16/5/2015 – Saturday) the examination date from the preferred examination venue between 11:00AM and 4:00PM

13) How can I apply to CEE AMPAI 2015?
Ans: You may apply on-line from CEE AMPAI website or apply off-line by downloading a printable application form. Please refer information brochure and/or website for details.

14)When and how the Result will be declared?
Ans : Expected date is to be declared later. The result will be available in AMAPI web site ampai.in and will also be informed to the candidates by SMS / Telephone

15)What are the courses will be available for admission if I get a valid rank in CEE AMPAI-2015?
Ans : B.Tech, B.Pharm

16)How many total seats are there for admission in B.Tech & B.Pharm?
Ans : 50% seats of total intake of 5 colleges will be available for admission through CEE AMPAI-2015 in B.Tech & B.Pharm which comes around 1310 seats.

17)Is there any possibility of re-examination of CEE AMPAI-2015 ?
Ans : No

18)Can a Candidate appear for both the combination of PCM and PCB ?
Ans : Yes, it is possible

20) How to apply on-line for CEE AMPAI 2015?
Ans:To complete the on-line application to CEE AMPAI 2015, the student needs to:
(i) Click on link: “Fill On-Line Application Form” and Register at CEE AMPAI website by providing name, valid e-mail id and a password.

(ii) After e-mail authentication, proceed to fill and submit the on-line application form of CEE AMPAI 2015,
AND
(iii) Make the application fee payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) through the on-line payment gateway.

Please note: the on-line payment needs to be completed immediately after submission of the form. If any student logs out after form submission and before completing on-line payment transaction, shall need to restart filling up the form afresh.

20) About the on-line application form, will I be able to save the form online after partial fill-up and submit at a later date?
Ans: No. Students will NOT be able to save the on-line form partially and submit later. Examinees interested to appear in CEE AMPAI 2015 may fill up the online application form and submit Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) as application fees at one sitting only. That is, the form cannot be partially filled and saved and submitted at a later stage and the application fee payment made on a later date.

If at any stage, the process of CEE AMPAI 2015 on-line application form is interrupted for any reason, the candidate may restart filling up the form afresh at a later stage by logging in with his/her e-mail id and password.

Please note: submission of the online application form and payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) as application fees, need to be completed before the due date.
