Online Counselling :
1st phase of counselling will be on 25th August 2016.
Admission against 1st phase of counselling will be on 26th Aug & 27th Aug 2016.

Starting date of availability of e-Cash coupons from all Help Desks set up by WBSCT&VE&SD. 12.08.2016
Proposed Date of Choice filling for available seats. 13.08.2016 ; 09:00 am
Proposed last date of Choice filling for available seats. 24.08.2016 ; 06:00 pm
Proposed date for Publication of Final Seat Allotment for 1st phase of counseling. 25.08.2016 ; 10:00 am
Proposed Date for admission against 1st phase of seat allocation. 26.08.2016 to 27.08.2016 ; 11:00 am to 05:00 pm
Guideline :
1. Online choice filling for counseling and admission in Govt. ITIs/ ITCs/ Jr. Polytechnic will start from 09:00 am on 13.08.2016 and will continue upto 06:00 pm 20.08.2016.
2. e-Cash coupons for participating in online choice filling will be available from enlisted Govt. ITI’s Help Desks @ Rs. 200/- per coupon [@Rs. 100/- per Coupon for Kanyashree Candidates] on & from 12.08.2016 to 20.08.2016 during office hours (10 : 00 a.m. to 05 : 30 p.m.).
3. All candidates intending to fill choices online should produce their Common Entrance Test (CET – 2016) admit card or Rank card issued by WBSCT&VE&SD at the enlisted Govt. ITI’s Help Desks for buying the e-Cash coupons.
4. Candidates should use their Roll number and Application form number as printed in the CET-2016 admit card to log in to the wbscvt.net.
5. The serial number and Transaction number available in the e-Cash coupons should be used for online choice filling.
6. It is being mentioned that all concerned Govt. ITIs/ ITCs/ Asansole Jr. Polytechnic will remain open on all Saturday and Sunday along with other working days for taking admission of the allotted candidates. Only 15th August 2016 will be a holiday.
7. The date for the 1st phase of computerized seat allocation, consequent to the online choice filling will be announced shortly and the seat allocation result will be published on wbscvt.net Date for subsequent phases of counseling and admission along with further guide lines (if any) will be notified in due courses.
