FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam Sunday 7th June, 2015

Eligibility : For XII Appeared / Pass Students aspiring for success in JEE Main & JEE Advanced, 2016

Instructions on How to Register:
OFFLINE REGISTRATION: By Submitting Paper Application through Cash / DD / Pay Order and depositing at a FIITJEE Centre:
Paper Application: You can obtain a Paper Application Form from any FIITJEE Centre or from your School office. Schools can obtainany number of Application Forms from any nearest FIITJEE centre. Fill this Application Form carefully and submit it in person / send by post or courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be sent to your e-mail ID as opted by you in the Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) :
1. Online Registration: Log on to our Online Registration Portal fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class & School you are Studying at, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an Online Registration. Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent passport size colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records.

2. By Submitting e-Application through Cash / DD / Pay Order at a FIITJEE Centre : For Registration through e-Application mode Log on to our OnlineRegistration Portal fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class & School you are Studying at, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. Now, you have to take a printout of your Online Application (e-Application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with Exam Fee. If you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending printout of your Online Application along with Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website .fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS.
In order to receive these information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. Send SMS “STOP DND” from
your mobile phone to 1909 (Toll Free) to de-register from NDNC.

The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at respective locations mentioned against the list of Test
Centres given in the Information Booklet handed over alongwith Paper Application Form. For DDs / Pay Orders payable at Ranchi it should be in favour of
FIITJEE (Ranchi Classes) Ltd. and for DDs / Pay Orders payable at Hyderabad it should be in favour of FIITJEE (Hyderabad Classes) Ltd.

FTRE Terms & Conditions :
Note 1 : Cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver will be decided on the basis of performance in written tests. All candidates will have to perform well in IQ, Physics, Chemistry &Mathematics and clear grand total cut-off as well as individual subject cut-offs Marks to be eligible. Incase less than 500 Students score above the minimum eligibility marks, then the number of Students eligible for cash prizes will be altered respectively.

Note 2 : The final discretion of award of cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 3 : To get the Cash Scholarship & Hostel Fee Waiver one has to enroll in One Year Extended Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 (for batch commencing from 23rd June, 2015).

Note 4 : Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from July, 2015 to April, 2016.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in phase tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of disbursement of quarterly cash scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 6 : Cash scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the student only.

Note 7 : Hostel Fee Waiver are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between June, 2015 to April, 2016 and only for the duration of classroom / contact program. The Hostel Fee Waiver will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE.

Note 8 : Hostel fee waiver is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the students.

Note 9 : FIITJEE Classroom Program students already enrolled in One Year Extended Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) to find about their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Advanced, 2016. However, they will be entitled for cash scholarships only, and they will continue with their existing classroom program. The cash scholarship cannot be adjusted or refunded. Note 10(a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the FTRE, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd.

The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made there under. The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the partiesstudent / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues &all parties agree to this.

Note 10 (b): Subject to 10 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.
