Scope of the Document :
The document will allow users to understand how to use application to fill form related to Payments and the Application form. This application will allow users to view notifications hosted by the department.
Navigation Process :
1. The user need to have internet facility in his computer to view application.
2. The user need to punch-in the URL ( tgcet.cgg.gov.in ) in the browser to view application.
3. The user will be able to view home page.
4. On clicking on any part of the home page, the system will navigate to the main page of application. This main page consists of different sections mentioned below which gives information on the notification hosted.

5. The Notification section will allow the user to view “Prospectus” of the notification in PDF format. Also this section consists Sample Model Paper, Sample OMR sheet (Side 1 & Side 2).
b. Exam date: This is a static field and gives the information on the date of Exam for the notification provided.
c. Payment Start and End date: This is a static field and gives information on the date, when the candidates would be allowed to make payments.
d. Payment: This is a hyper link. On click of the hyper link the candidate will be navigated to the input form, where the candidate will have to enter the fields provided. On successful entry of the fields the applicant need to click on the “Proceed” button. A “Journal no.” is displayed. A print option is provided in order to allow the candidate to take a print of it.
e. Application: On clicking on “Application”, the below screen is displayed. The user need to enter “Journal No.”, “Date of Payment”, “Date of Birth”. A browse option is provided for the candidate to upload his photograph along with signature. The user need to check the declaration and enter the “Verification Code” and click on “UPLOAD”.
On successful upload, the system would display the application form where the candidate will be able to fill all the fields which are mandatory.
The user need to check the “Declaration” and click the “Preview” button.
On clicking the Preview button, candidate will be able to view his personal details entered and has an option of editing it if he wants to. If the candidate confirms the data entered by clicking the Submit button, A message is displayed “Application successfully submitted”.
