How To Apply?

1. You are expected to have already gone through instructions at Read Before Apply Follow the steps below to fill the online application properly. This application will be filled in English only. Kindly arrange the respective documents like (mark sheets, certificates), Scanned copy of photo and signature, Payment login details. Disable auto fill features of your browser. Now follow these steps

First of all decide which course you want to apply online. All programmes (Regular / Self Financing / Diploma / Certificate Courses ) complete details like Courses fee, exam date, eligibility, admission charges, respective contact details etc given on this link. Kindly note that once you register with any course you cannot change the course.

After deciding which course to apply visit here you will get list of all available courses and a “Apply Now” button next to each course. Click on “Apply Now” button and proceed.

After clicking on on “Apply Button” you will get the registration page. Enter the required information and click on register. After clicking on “Register” button you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile and an email with activation link on your registered email id.

Either can be used to activate your application id. Here is the format of SMS OTP & email activation link you receive. Activating user your application id using sms or email activation link you will receive an email and sms with confirmation and your application id. This will be used to login for application.

2. Now visit for your online application. For easy process( Personal Information, Course Details, Photo & Signature and Payment Details. Please note that before making payment you can edit personal information (except Your Name, Selection of College, Quota selection and caste). We strongly recommend to cross check every information and proceed for payment only if all mandatory information is correct. After making payment no modification possible.

3. After making payment of fees you can click on Print Report button to print and save this in pdf. During the admission process present the same to Patna University / Concerned Colleges along with other required documents.

Important Instructions

** Application will be filled in English.
** After online form fill up it is not required to send print copy to respective college or Patna University (Like previous years ).
** The applicants must have their own active email Id and mobile number for registration and future communications.
** One Mobile no. and one email id can be used for one registration only.
** Before making payment please ensure that information entered by you is correct and complete in all respect.
** After making payment no change is possible. However you can edit personal information as many times you want before payment. Login to portal to edit your Application.
** Keep your scan copy of photo and signature ready before filling up form. Check Photo / signature related instructions.
** The applicants must ensure that they fulfill the requisite eligibility criteria of the courses they are applying for. The eligibility criteria are mentioned in relevant column of the On-line admission schedule.
** The appearing candidates may apply for admission in such courses where admission is based on Entrance Test but they must submit the copy of the mark sheet of the previous result before the finalization of selection list for admission failing which their candidature will not be considered for admission.
** Mark sheet is mandatory in such courses where admission is based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the previous examinations.
** Such candidates must wait for the publication of their results before submission of online form. Some applicants use zero and other characters to fill in the marks column. Their form will be rejected in absence of correct marks.
** The applicant needs to keep a print copy of the duly filled in form complete in all respect along with the self-attested copies of the academic records (Marksheet / CLC / TC etc) and other relevant documents (caste certificate / quota related certificate / certificate for Physical Disability etc as required) to present / show Patna University / respective college when asked for.
** The applicants must ensure that they have filled up the correct option related to caste categories / quota / Hostel accommodation etc. They will not get another chance to exercise these options after final submission of online form.
