Eligibility

1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campuses

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.

6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM): Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

7. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

How To Apply?

Step1. Visit https://admission.nicmar.ac.in/onlineadmission/index.php and Click on “Register Here” and proceed to the Initial Information page.
Step2. Fill in the details correctly on the page displayed.
Step3. Click on “Submit” to register.
Step4. The screen will now display a confirmation message.
Step5. After registration, you will receive an email on your registered email ID with your Login details and a link for Account Activation.
Step6. Click on the link to activate your account.
Step7. Kindly note you will not be able to login into the system without completion of Step 6. Therefore please ensure you enter a valid email ID.
Step8. You can now use your Login ID and password to access the online application form.

Documents Required

Academic Qualification details of SSC, HSC, Technical Diploma (if any), Degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Planning/Other Graduates) – yearly, Post Graduate Degree (if any). Make sure that you are ready with the Year of Passing, Discipline, Marks, Percentage, Board/University and School/College details.

Full-time Work Experience (if any) as on 31st December, 2020 in detail which includes Company Name, Date of Joining, Date of Leaving, Duration in No. of Months, Designation, Last Gross Monthly Salary and Nature of Work. Please note Internship, Apprenticeship, Articleship etc., should not be treated as work experience.

Mode of Selection

NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) will be conducted online on January 9, 10 and 11, 2021. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview (PI). PI would also be conducted online from 18th January to 24th January, 2021. Candidates can attend online NCAT and PI from their residence.
