PES University PESSAT

The University has well defined processes and infrastructure in place administered by experienced teachers and administrators. The tests are designed to provide a credible measure of students’ aptitude and ability to cope up with the academic demands of the programs offered. All India Entrance Exam for Admission to PES University.

Eligibility Criteria of PESSAT

50% aggregate marks in Physics + Math + Chemistry of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Test Score in PESSAT (National level exam) or KCET (State level exam) or JEE Mains required.

How to Apply for PESSAT?

Registration Fee: Rs. 1200

Step 1: Choose a program/course
Step 2: Check Eligibility and Requirements
Step 3: PES University Programs require you to take online written test PESSAT. Please Register for PESSAT Test by here. www.pes.edu/pessat
Step 4: After taking PESSAT, the candidate shall go through a short interview on the same day of the test in our campus ((for select courses only)
Step 5: Confirmation/ Rejection and payment of fees if selected
Step 6: Start your program/course.

Fee Details of PESSAT

PESSAT Registration Fee – INR 1200/-
Payment Mode
Online Payment :
Credit/ Debit Card: Payment of registration fee can be paid through Master/ Visa Credit/ Debit Card.
Net Banking: Payment of registration fee can be paid through Net Banking.
UPI – Google Pay/ PhonePe/ BHIM: Payment of registration fee can be done through UPI modes as well.

Challan :
Candidate has to print both application form and challan, carry both to bank for payment. Further details on this will be printed on the challan. Once paid at bank, submit hard copy of application along with copy of stamped challan to Office of Admissions, PES University.

Demand Draft :
Has to be paid in Favor of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore. Candidate has to procure DD from the bank, enter DD details in the space provided during online registration for the course on pessat.com and then the DD to be sent along with printed application form to the following address:

Note:
For CET Admissions, Payment are accepted only by DD. Payments by Tele transfer (RTGS/NEFT)/ Cash/ Cheque will not be accepted. For admission to courses at PES University Ring Road, DD should be in favor of PES UNIVERSITY – GENERAL FUND Payable at Bangalore.

For admission to courses at PES University Electronic City, DD should be in favor of PES University – EC Campus. For admission to courses at PES University Hanumanth Nagar, DD should be in favor of PES University – HN Campus.

May, 2024 Last date for candidates to register who are willing to take PESSAT at Bangalore centre only
May, 2024 Commencement of slot bookings for all candidates
May to June, 2024 PESSAT
June, 2024 Last date to update 12th std / 2nd PU marks (Only for candidates whose 12th / 2nd PU results are announced)
June, 2024 PESSAT Results
June, 2024 PESSAT first round Counseling
July, 2024 Last date for submission of original documents / Last date for surrender of PESSAT seat (only for admitted students)
July, 2024 PESSAT second / final round counseling for B.Tech.
August, 2024 Orientation Program for students admitted for B.Tech at Ring Road Campus
August, 2024 Orientation Program for students admitted for B.Tech at Electronic City Campus.
August, 2024 Commencement of Session (Classes/ Activities)

Required Documents of PESSAT

** PESSAT Admission Order & Rank Card
** 10+2 Class Marks Card – Original (if the original is not issued by the college, a copy of 10+2 class marks card signed and sealed by the college Principal to be produced)
** 10th Class Marks Card – Original
** Transfer Certificate / College Leaving Certificate
** Migration Certificate(If other than PU Board)
** Copy of Aadhar Card
** Copy of PAN Card of both the Candidate and Parent (Mandatory, for opening bank account)
** Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Very Important)
** SIX COPIES each of color passport size and stamp size photographs
** Copy of PESSAT Application Form
** Foreign National Candidates must submit their valid passport copy and valid visa copy (OCI card in case of an OCI). This is mandatory.

2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the above-mentioned documents
