NFSU National Forensic Admission Test

Admissions will be through National Forensic Admission Test (NFAT) – 2024 conducted by National Forensic Science University. NFAT 2024 will be conducted in Computer Based Test mode only. The medium of Question Paper for NFAT 2024 will be English. Dates of Examination are15th and 16th June 2024. Last Date to Apply is 10th May 2024.

How to Apply for NFAT?

Summarize Steps for the registration on the admission portal and manual for the admission application form.
1. Hit the URL (https://admission.nfsu.ac.in/ ) in the browser.
2. Click on the REGISTER button.
3. Enter your Full Name
4. Select your Country from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter the email ID and click on “SEND OTP TO VERIFY” and enter the received email OTP and click on “VERIFY EMAIL” button.
6. Enter the Mobile Number and click on “SEND OTP TO VERIFY” and enter the received SMS OTP and click on “VERIFY MOBILE” button.
7. Enter your password (whatever you wish to use).
8. Select the State.
9. Click on the Register button and you will be good to go for the admission process.
10. Click on the LOGIN button.
11. Enter your Registered email which you entered in Step-5.
12. Enter your password which was set by you in step-7.
13. Click on the Login button and you can fill the admission application form as shown in Page Number 6.
** In above step when click on Pay button then user/student need to check the UPI applications for the payment request.
** When you paid the fees then the website shows your fees received successfully and you will get a reference number that you need to keep for future reference.
** Then, applied course option has two buttons VIEW and DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM. In that, you can DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM, which has payment details too.

Important Dates of National Forensic Admission Test

** Online submission of Application Form 19.02.2024 to 10.05.2024 (12:00 Midnight)
** Commencement of Online registration and submission of Application Form (complete in all respect) through NFAT- 2024 19.02.2024
** Last day of online registration and submission of the application from 10.05.2024 (12:00 Midnight)
** Last date to upload the last qualifying examination (i.e., 12th or graduation) result on online application 1st June 2024 (Through NFAT-2024 portal only)
** Downloading of Admit Card by the Candidate from NFSU Website To be announced later through website
** Dates of Examination 15th and 16th June 2024
** Timing of Examination 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM (For all Batches)
** Display of Recorded Responses and Provisional Answer Keys on the NFSU Website for inviting challenge(s) from interested candidates To be announced after the exam through website.
** Declaration of Result on NFSU Website To be announced after the exam through website.
** 1st Merit List 24th June 2024
** 1st Counselling week and 2nd Merit List 1st July to 5th July 2024
** 2nd Counselling week 8th July to 12th July 2024
** Commencement of Programme 22nd July 2024

Examination Scheme of NFAT

MODE OF EXAMINATION :
NFAT 2024 will be conducted in Computer Based Test mode only.
MEDIUM OF QUESTION PAPERS :
The medium of Question Paper for NFAT 2024 will be English.
STRUCTURE OF QUESTION PAPERS :
Programme wise Question Paper Structure is given in Eligibility Criteria, Syllabus and Format of Test

MARKING SCHEME :
I. Each question carries 01 (One) marks
II. For each correct response, candidate will get 01 (One) marks.
III. For each incorrect response, 0.25 (one fourth) mark will be deducted from the total score.
IV. Un-answered/un-attempted response will be given no marks.
V. To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as correct option.
VI. However, after the process of Challenges of the Answer Key, in case there are multiple correct options or change in key, only those candidates who have attempted it correctly as per the revised Final Answer Key will be awarded marks.
