BCECEB ITICAT Bihar

ITICAT 2024 stands for Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test. It is an entrance examination conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission to various ITI courses offered by government and private institutions in the state of Bihar. The application form for ITICAT 2024 was released on April 7, 2024, and the last date to apply is May 5, 2024. The exam will be conducted on June 9, 2024. Eligibility of ITICAT

Educational Qualification: A candidates must have passed matriculation or its equivalent examination from a recognized board i.e. CBSE, New Delhi, or BSEB, Patna.
Age Limit: One must meet the age criteria as of August 1, 2024, with a minimum age of 14 years. However, for MMV/Mechanical Tractor courses, the minimum age requirement is 17 years.

Exam Pattern of ITICAT

Mode of Exam: The exam mode will be offline only.
Duration: The exam duration will be of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Number of Questions: Total 150 questions will be there in the paper.
Type of Question: The exam will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, 2 mark will be awarded.
Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in the exam.

BCECE Board will hold the Bihar ITICAT 2024 in offline mode, medium of exam will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi, in which there will be a total number of 150 objective questions will be asked from different section:
** General Knowledge
** Mathematics
** General Science

** Candidates who are going to apply to participate in the ITICAT 2024 need to know that each question will be of 2 marks, to solve the maximum number of MCQs, an individual will get an exam time duration of 02 and 15 minutes.
