The application form can be downloaded from the Institute website and the hardcopy of the application duly filled and signed should be sent via Post to THE DIRECTOR, ALL INDIA INSITUTE OF SPEECH AND HEARING, MANASAGANGOTHRI, MYSURU – 570006, on or before 30.06.2024 by 5.00 PM.

General Instructions of AIISH Entrance Exam

General instructions for students with application fee details
** Last Date for the submission of online applications is 19.05.2024 (23.59.59 hours).

Candidates are instructed to go through the Prospectus uploaded in the AIISH website and understand/acquaint themselves before applying:
** Candidates should apply only ‘Online’ for B.ASLP / M.Sc. (Aud.)/M.Sc. (SLP) programs. Candidates who wish to appear for both M.Sc. (Aud.)/M.Sc. (SLP) Entrance Examination should submit applications separately for M.Sc. (Aud.) and M.Sc. (SLP).
** For Non-entrance based programmes, the hardcopy of the application duly filled and signed should be sent to the Director, AIISH, Manasagangothri, Mysuru-570006 on or before the due date.
** Prospectus-24-25 can be downloaded from the AIISH website www.aiishmysore.in.
** Online submission of Application form may be made with the link provided on the website www.aiishmysore.in.
** Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

List of tentative 13 cities, where AIISH Entrance Examination shall be conducted are as follows:

** At the time of online submission of application form, candidate will be required to choose any three cities in the order of preference in which he/she wants to take the online test. The choice of city will depend on availability of the test centers in a particular city and the allotment shall be done on first come first serve basis. During the submission of online application form, candidate will be able to see only those cities where slots are available.The final allotment of test centre/venue shall be done by AIISH.

** Request for change of test centre/city shall not be entertained. Candidates are advised not to canvass for the same.
** Exact address and location of the test centre shall be indicated in the admit card. The specific guidelines to be adhered in the examination center will be given in the admit card and also displayed on the Institute website.
** Candidates are required to download their admit card through their registered login ID credentials. The link for login will be displayed in the website on the specified date announced by the Institute. Admit card will NOT be sent to the candidates by Post/email.

Candidates MUST bring the following documents to the test centre:
** Printed copy of the Admit Card
**Any one of the following authorized valid photo IDs (must be original and non-expired)
i. PAN Card
ii. Driving License
iii. Voter ID
iv. Passport
v. Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/web downloaded Aadhaar copy

** With regard to category, the information furnished in the online application form will remain same for the purpose of assignment of selection and no change will be entertained in future for any reason. The student should produce the category certificate without fail during the verification of original documents. All claims made in the application must be supported with adequate documentary proof.

** Candidate must ensure that the mobile number, e-mail address, postal address entered in the online application form are his/her own.

1. Online Application starts from 01.03.2024, 00.00 AM. Last date for submission of online application for AIISH Computer Based All India Entrance Examination is 19.05.2024, (23.59.59 hours). Candidates may visit institute website: www.aiishmysore.in for details regarding online submission.

2. The date of Entrance Examination is 09.06.2024.
