CUSBET 2015 Results :
Result of CUSBET – 2015 held on 30 and 31 May,2015

The results will be available on the website cub.ac.in from 4th June, 2015. The score card can be downloaded.

Details of Qualifying Examination:
Mention details of the exams passed. If results are awaited write “AWTD” under Column “Year of passing”. In such case, give your percentage of marks upto the previous year / semester as the case may be. Give percentage accurate upto second decimal place (e.g.73.66). GATE scores are required for candidates applying for MTech Programme.

* If results are not declared, mention ‘Results Awaited” (AWTD) and for percentage mention your percentage upto last year semester
** Higher Secondary Certificate CBSE 12th or equivalent .

CERTIFICATES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELING AND ADMISSION :
Certificates and documents required to be submitted by all candidates selected for admission to various programmes of study at the time of counseling / written test/ admission / registration.

1) Ten copies of recent passport size photographs.

2) Two self-attested copies of marks sheet(s) of 10th, 12th, Graduation & Post Graduation or an equivalent examination certificate, showing the age/date of birth of the candidate.

3) A character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

4) Fitness certificate issued by registered medical practitioner.

5) Transfer / Migration Certificate (in original) from the Head of the Institution/University last attended:
i. All those candidates who have passed their qualifying examination prior to 2015 must produce the Migration Certificate from the University from where they have passed their qualifying examination at the time of admission/registration failing which they will not be granted admission.

ii. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in 2015 and are not in a position to submit the Migration Certificate at the time of admission, should submit the same as early thereafter as possible, but not later than six weeks after the commencement of the Monsoon Semester, failing which the University reserves the right to cancel their admission.

6) For SC / ST Candidates: Attested copy of SC/ ST Certificate in the prescribed format issued only by an officer not below the rank of Magistrate/ Tehsildar in support of their claim for admission against the reserved quota.

7) OBC candidates: Copy of OBC Certificate issued by District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner in the prescribed format. Also, bring income certificate.

8) For PWD Candidates: Medical Certificate issued by the Competent Medical Authority indicating the nature and extent (including percentage) of Physical Disability in support of their claim for admission against reserved quota.

9) Income certificate, if applicable.

10) BPL Certificate, if applicable.

11) The admission of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a Foreign University will be subject to their qualification being found equivalent to the qualifications prescribed by the University.

12) The candidates enjoying employed status and selected for admission to any programme of study in the University, are required to produce LEAVE SANCTION/RELIEVING ORDER AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION/ REGISTRATION from their employer for the duration of the programme permitting them to pursue their studies at the University, failing which the offer of admission shall stand withdrawn.

13) Candidate MUST come prepared to pay the requisite admission fees (excluding Hostel charges, etc.).

Important : The candidate will be allowed to register only IN PERSON. The candidate is also required to produce all originals of the above certificates/documents for verification at the time of registration/admission. In the absence of any of the original certificates/documents, registration/admission shall not be allowed. The original certificates of the candidate will be retained by the University for a period of one semester.
