PMEE-2015 Registration Process is open now
Himalayan Institute of Medical Science offer’s programmes under medical and paramedical category. For Graduate medical programmes entrance examination (PMEE) are conducted every year in the months of January & May. Counselling conducted for the successful candidates in PMEE.

Candidates are required to read details of programme, no. of seats, eligibility criteria etc. before applying.

HOW TO APPLY :
Candidate can Apply/Register Online or Offline (by Post) by filling in the Registration Form and paying a Registration Fee of Rs.2000/- (for MBBS) and Rs.350/- (for Paramedical) through Net Banking/ Credit /Debit Card/Bank challan or a Demand Draft of Rs.2100/- in favor of ‘Swami Rama Himalayan University’ payable at State Bank of India, Jolly Grant, Dehradun Branch (Code: 10580) to The Controller of examination, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Swami Ram Nagar, P.O. Doiwala, Dehradun-248140. Uttarakhand..

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM :
For PMEE (MBBS)
The candidates need not attach any document in online application.

Before Application Submission kindly ensure that all the necessary forms & documents, in the following order are uploaded/enclosed (in PDF or DOC format for online) for submission:

The application form must be uploaded or submitted with self attested photocopies of the following documents :
(a) Date of birth certificate or High School certificate containing date of birth.
(b) Mark sheets of M.B.B.S. examinations (all professional examinations).
(c) M.B.B.S. degree or Provisional passing certificate.
(d) Internship completion certificate or certificate from the head of the institution that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st March, 2015.
(e) Permanent/Provisional registration certificate issued by M.C.I./State Medical Council.
(f) Caste certificate in case of S.C./S.T./O.B.C. candidates.
(g) Permanent resident certificate issued by the designated authority (DM/SDM) for candidates claiming to be the permanent resident of Uttarakhand.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION :
ONLINE MODE :
Please read the details of the Programme (No.of Seats, Eligibility Criteria, and Fee Structure etc.) you are applying for.
Registration would be confirmed only after receiving the Registration Fee and all required documents.
Please note down your Registration/Application number, (which would be generated at your registered email-id) for any future communications and making the payment for Registration/ Application Fee.
Bank Transactions charges are to be paid by the Applicant.

OFFLINE MODE :
A candidate seeking to appear in the Entrance Examination is required to send his/her application in the prescribed format (along with the filled in provisional admit card), given in the Information brochure, which can be downloaded from the University website (www.srhu.edu.in).

The candidate should fill in the application form in his/her own handwriting (in capital letters) clearly and legibly. Candidates are advised to keep the Photo copy of the same for future correspondence.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS :
ONLINE
After Filling Online Registration Page, Applicant will be redirected to SBI Collect Online Payment Page.
After Reading and Accepting Terms and Conditions, Select Category : Educational Institutions, Select State : Uttarakhand, Select University : Swami Rama Himalayan University, Select Fee Category :
Online Application Registration .
Fill Your Application Registration Number Generated Above and Proceed to Payment.

OFFLINE :
Application form complete in all respect along with a Demand draft of Rs. 3500/- (three thousand five hundred only) for PGMEE(MD/MS/Diploma), should be sent to the Controller of Examinations, Swami Rama Himalayan University, Swami Ram Nagar, Doiwala, Dehradun 248140 (Uttarakhand) by speed post/registered post or deposited by hand at the office of the Controller of Examinations. Application received after the prescribed last date shall be rejected.
Candidate applying for PMEE(MBBS) who has already paid the prescribed fee for broucher/application form need not to attach any demand draft.
Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Swami Rama Himalayan University payable at State Bank of India, Jolly Grant (Branch code No- 10580), Dehradun

Steps for making payment using State Bank Collect option
i) A screen will be displayed with .State Bank Collect. selected.
? ? Log on to https://www.onlinesbi.com .
Click on .State Bank Collect. Accept terms and conditions by clicking on the check box followed by clicking on .Proceed. tab.
ii) Now select State of Corporate/Institutions as .”UTTARAKHAND”
iii)Select Type of Corporate/Institution as .Educational Institutions. and click on .Go.
iv)Now select .SWAMI RAMA HIMALAYAN UNIVERSITY from list of .Educational Institutions Name.
v) Click on .Submit.
vi)Now select “ONLINE APPLICATION REGISTRATION” as Payment Category.
vii) After Application Registration Number is filled in click on .Submit..
viii)System will display the information in the next page and expect you to confirm the data to be correct. Please verify the information displayed on the screen. Once you find every thing to be .OK. click on .Confirm.
ix) Now the system will take you to a screen where you have to select the payment mode.
x)Select the payment mode you desire to use for paying the fees and get guided with the steps after that. Swami Rama Himalayan University Swami ram nagar doiwala dun
xi) If you select .Net Banking. or .Card Payment. option, on successful payment a paid challan will be generated immediately
xii) If you select .SBI Branch. under .Other Payment Modes.
• Now visit any branch of State Bank of India within the business. This data will be available immediately at any of the SBI branches for payment.
• After the payment is made ensure that the Bank tears off the portion of Depositor Copy and returns you with all details filled in at the bottom of the page.
• Once the payment is made at the SBI Branch, you may also generate and print an eReceipt from option .Payment History. available in State Bank Collect page of www.onlinesbi.com as confirmation of successful payment.
