BLDE University will be conducting Counselling and admission on 23rd and 24th June 2015 for the Admission to MBBS course for the academic year 2015-16 as per the merit list based on the BLDE University’s All India Under Graduate Entrance Test -2015 (BLDEU-UGET-2015).

** The above fees does not include caution money of Rs.5,000/-, Eligibility fee of Rs. 2,000/- and Miscellaneous fee of Rs. 6,500/- at Medical College Office and Hostel fees as applicable. (out of the total misc. fees & deposits of Rs.13500/-, only Rs.3000/- is non refundable in case of cancellation of admission).

** Candidate has to pay First year’s tuition fees, Caution money, Eligibility fee and Misc fee at the time of allotment of seat. Demand draft should be drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, BLDE University, Vijaypur (Bijapur)’, payable at Vijaypur (Bijapur), Karnataka.

** An undertaking by the parent / guardian should be executed towards payment of fees for entire period of course in the event of discontinuation of course by the candidate.

** The vacancy status of seats will be displayed on the University website.
** Further counseling will be subject to the availability of seats.
** Counselling process will be stopped after filling up 112 seats.

NOTE: The issue of Allotment letter by the BLDE UNIVERSITY is provisional, which enables the candidate to join BLDE University’s Shri. B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Vijaypur (Bijapur) after paying miscellaneous fees. This is subject to the eligibility requirements as per regulations of MCI, UGC and BLDE UNIVERSITY, Vijaypur (Bijapur), Karnataka. Before final admission, all the Original documents, Signature, Photo alongwith Biometric will be verified once again in the College Office.

Documents to be furnished in original at the time of Counselling :.
1. BLDEU-UGET-2015 TAT Card
2. BLDEU-UGET-2015 Rank Card / Counselling Letter
3. SSLC/SSC/10th class Marks Card and Passing certificate
4. Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority if SSLC/SSC/10th class certificate does not contain proof of date of birth.
5. PUC II year or 12th Standard or equivalent examination marks card and Passing certificate.
6. Migration Certificate (wherever applicable)
7. Transfer Certificate.
8. Character and Conduct certificate.
9. An affidavit in the format as per APPENDIX – I signed by candidate and countersigned by Parent/Guardian in the presence of Public Notary on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/-
10. Three Recent passport-size coloured photographs with name and date.
11. Study certificates for Ten Years (between 1st standard to 12th standard)
12. DDs (of Nationalised Bank) for tuition fees and other fees.
13. Candidate and Parent PAN Card Copy.
14. E-mail id (active, Not dormant) of the candidate is compulsory as per GOI rules.
15. Candidates claiming Admission under SC / ST / Locomotor disability category and OBC (Karnataka state only) as declared by Government of India / Karnataka shall furnish the certificates to that effect issued by the competent authority (in English version).
16. Domicile certificate for Karnataka OBC candidates (APPENDIX – II)
17. Authentication letter from the College where the candidate has completed 10+2 or PUC-II or HSC (APPENDIX III).
18. Five set of self attested photocopies of the above mentioned originals arranged in same order.

Note:
** Failing to produce any of the above mentioned originals documents will disqualify the candidate from counseling and admission. However, if a candidate has taken admission and submitted original documents with other institution before attending BLDEU counseling, the candidate must produce the “Original Acknowledgement Letter” issued by the concerned authority.

** If selected, the candidate has to give an undertaking on a bond paper of Rs.100/-, that he/she will submit Original Documents within 8 days from the date of admission in our institution or as per the decision of Admission Committee, failing which admission will be cancelled.

** For any reason, if candidate fail to attend the FIRST COUNSELLING in person along with requisite Original documents and fees, he/she shall have no claim / right for the counseling and admission, but he can attend second / further rounds counseling conducted if any.

** Candidate must attend with either of parents only. “NO THIRD PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY”.

** If candidate fail to comply with the requirements He / She will not be allowed to attend the counseling.

** There will be SECOND COUNSELLING / further rounds of counselling subject to vacancies.

** It is not compulsory to attend FIRST COUNSELLING for attending SECOND Counselling / further rounds of counseling.

** THERE SHALL NOT BE WAITING LIST.
