VSUPGCET-2015 ADMISSIONS COUNSELLING STARTS ON : 23-06-2015 (TUESDAY)

The following is the schedule of Phase-l Counseling for admission into PG Courses in Vikrama Simhapuri University for the academic year 2015-16

The counseling will be held in the SEMINAR HALL at Vikrama Simhapuri University College (VRC Grounds), Nellore

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
1. Only candidates who have passed the prescribed are eligible for admission qualifying degree examination with the minimum marks (Refer Section C and Section B of the Instruction Booklet available in vsudoa.in). Others need not attend the counseling.

The following original certificates are to be submitted at the time of counseling:
VSUPGCET-2015 Application (Download from vsudoa.in)
VSUPGCET-2015 Rank Card and Hall-Ticket (Download from vsudoa.in)
Provisional / Degree certificate of the qualifying examination.
Marks statements of all the years ofqualifying examination.
Transfer and Conduct certificate (Original Transfer Certificate is compulsory for admission).
Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
Study certificates from IX class to qualifying examination.

Caste certificate in original from Mee Seva Office obtained in 2015 or permanent caste certificate (in thepaSe of SC/ST/BC candidates).

Income certificate from Mee Seva obtained in 2015 (for fee concession).

Residence certificate of parent for stay in the state of AP in the case of candidates who have studied ou‘rside AP or carried out private study.

Relevant certificates in the case of ECA (NCC/NSS/Games/Sports) candidates.

Certificate issued by the Medical Board in the case of a PH candidate.

Discharge certificate and Service certificate of the parent in the case of a Child of Armed Personnel (CAP).

The selected candidate has to submit all the original certificates. Candidates are advised to keep Xerox copies.

The selected candidate has to pay the fee IMMEDIATELY in the bank counter provided at the counseling centre and no extension of time will be given for payment of fee.

A candidate who fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time will forfeit the right for admission.

A candidate presently doing a PG course will be considered for admission only on the production of a certificate from the concerned Head of the Institution to the effect that the certificates including T( will be released to the candidate if he/she is selected for admission.

Notional admission will be given to such candidates by allowing 4 days time. If the candidate fails to submit the original certificates before the stipulated date, his/her notional admission will be cancelled, and the fee paid will not be refunded.

If it is found that the admission is secured on false grounds or by suppression of facts, his/her admission will be cancelled
