ONLINE COUNSELING SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION TO 1st / 2nd YEAR DIPLOMA COURSES FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2015-16 IN RESPECT OF GOVT. PVT. POLYTECHNICS IN HIMACHAL PRADESH

3. Communication of Sports credit to MGRM by HPTSB 18.06.2015

4. Allotment of seats of 1round of online Counseling 29-06-2015

5. Reporting by the candidate with original certificates in the respective Polytechnics On or before 4-07-2015

6. Vacancy list updation by Principals 5-07-2015

7. Display of vacant seats after Ist round of counseling. 06.07.2015

8. Revision of choices on the basis of vacant/available seats if desired by the applicant 06.07.2015 to 08.07.2015

9. Allotment of seats in 2nd Round of online Counseling 09-07-2015

10. Reporting by the candidates with original On or before certificates in the respective Polytechnics 13-07-2015

11. Vacancy list updation by Principals 14-07-2015

12. Display of vacant seats after 2nd round of counseling 15-07-2015

3rd ROUND OF ONLINE COUNSELLING FOR ALL CANDIDATES WITH OR WITHOUT PAT/LEET

13. Submission of on line application form by the applicants who have not applied for PAT/LEET and revision of choices by the candidates who have already appeared for Ist & 2nd round of counseling. 15-07-2015 to 19-07-2015

14. Allotment of seats 20-07-2015

15. Reporting by the candidates with original certificates in the respective Polytechnics On or before 23-07-2015

16. Display of final vacancy position after 3rd round 25-07-2015

Note:
1. All Institutions shall remain open during Sunday/Holiday as per above mentioned schedule.

2. Spot Counseling/ admission for the vacant seats, if any after 3rd Round of counseling shall be conducted on 28-7-2015 after 2.00 PM on the basis of merit of candidates reporting in the respective Institutions on or before 1.00P.M.

Allotment of Seats shall be available on the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board web portal on the respective counseling dates and accordingly allotment letters have to be downloaded by the respective candidates.
