COUNSELING FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION TO MBBS/BDS COURSES IN THE MEDICAL COLLEGES OF ASSAM AND REGIONAL DENTAL COLLEGE, GUWAHATI FOR THE SESSION 2015.

** This is for general information of all candidates appearing in the Combined Entrance Examination 2015 held on 16th & 17th May, 2015 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in the Medical Colleges of Assam and Regional Dental College, Guwahati for the session 2015, that the 1st counseling for selection of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS course will be held from 19th June to 25th June’ 2015 at 10 a.m. in the venue and as per programme mentioned below.

** The candidates are to appear before the Selection Board for selection for provisional admission, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria as per the Admission Rules, 2015 of the Medical Colleges and Regional Dental College, Guwahati and as per Educational Notice vide No. DME/Adm/21/2015/4610, dated 06-05-2015 published earlier.

** Candidates must bring with them Form – B in original duly and properly filled in, Marks sheets of 10+2 (Sc.) examination, Admit Card of HSLC or equivalent examination, Pass Certificates, PRC, Caste & other reserved category certificates, Admit Card of CEE-2015, and other relevant documents in original.

** A set of photo copies of all the said documents signed by the candidate himself/herself are to be submitted along with the Form-B at the time of counseling.

** Criminal proceedings shall be drawn for submission of false documents at the time of counseling.

** The application Form-B shall be available in the web site of Dibrugarh University

** Incomplete application Form-B shall be summarily rejected.

** Candidates are requested carefully follow the all instruction of the ‘Medical Colleges of Assam and Regional Dental College, Guwahati (Regulation of Admission in the 1st year MBBS/BDS courses)

Rules- 2015’ before filling up of the Application Form-B :
All candidates must appear personally for counseling on the scheduled dates and time failing which he/she will forfeit his/her merit position and seat and no claim shall be considered later.

In case of any matter of controversy, the decision of the Selection Board shall be final and binding.

Position holders in the Higher Secondary (Science) Examination, 2015 of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council and who have applied for admission into MBBS course securing minimum 50% marks in CEE 2015 are eligible for appearing in the counseling for admission as per rule.
