Procedure :
i) Select Course
ii) Enter Name of the Candidate (As per Degree Certificate/Marks Card)
iii) Enter Test Admission Ticket
iv) Enter Birth Date (DD) (MM) (YYYY)
v) Click on Submit Button

FIRST ROUND COUNSELLING FOR BDS COURSE :
The counseling (Seat selection) for 85 seats of BDS course in A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences (ABSMIDS), Deralakatte, Mangalore – 575 018 will be held on Tuesday, 30th June, 2015 from 10.00 am onwards. Candidates with Rank No. 001 to 1000 are required to be present at 9.00 am at Nitte Institute of Banking & Finance, Paneer campus, Kotekar- Beeri Road, Deralakatte ,Mangalore with the original documents listed below.

Soon after their arrival, they are required to register their names and proceed for verification of documents. Counseling in the order of Merit (Rank No.) will begin at 10.00 am.

SEAT MATRIX: Intake : 100 seats (NRI – 15 seats + NUUGET-85)
Fee: Rs. 4,46,000/- p.a (inclusive of Rs. 4000/- Helinet Fees and Rs. 2000/- Eligibility Fees)
Candidates opting for seats will have to seek admission on the same day.
Classes will commence from 3-8-2015.

Documents to be produced: (Original + 3 sets of photocopies of Sl. No. 2 to 6 at the time of counseling, if opting for a seat)

1. TAT -Test Admission Ticket(NUUGET-2015 Hall Ticket)
2. SSLC (or equivalent) Marks card and Pass Certificate (proof for date of birth)
3. PUC/10+2 Marks cards (original or Downloaded from NET attested by Principal)
4. Transfer Certificate
5. Conduct Certificate
6. Migration certificate (for candidates other than Karnataka PU board)
7. Medical Fitness Certificate- from certified Govt. Medical Practitioner
8. Blood group certificate
9. 5 passport size + 5 stamp size colour photographs
10. DD for Rs. 4,46,000/- favouring “A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences”, payable at Mangaluru.

Note:
** If a candidate after admission, wishes to withdraw on or before 10th July 2015 the candidate will lose 10% of the fees paid. If the withdrawal is later, 25% of the paid fees will be forfeited.

** Second Round counseling will be held on 17th July 2015. The available seats after first round of counseling will be notified on 11th July 2015. Candidates interested to opt the seats (including those appeared but not opted/not appeared for the first round of counseling) may appear on 17th July 2015, (Friday)

1. Please go through the ‘Counseling Procedure’ notified on our website.
2. Transport shall be provided from K S Hegde Medical Academy to Nitte Institute of Banking & Finance at frequent intervals starting from 8.45 a.m
3. Route details: From Thokottu to Nitte Institute of Banking & Finance, via Mangalore-Thokkottu -Konaje University Rd, 13 min (6.0 km)

** Head East on Mangalore -Thokkottu – Konaje University Rd
