First Round Counselling Schedule for Admission to Three Year Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Course, 2015
In continuation to this office Notification No. 37-BOPEE of 2015 Dated 10-06-2015, candidates whose Rank is in the range given in the Counselling Schedule are called for Counselling which will be held at J&K BOPEE office, 4th Floor, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu as per below given Schedule.

The candidates must possess at the time of counselling original:-
** Qualifying Marks certificate (Marks Card of 10th class)
** State Subject Certificate
** Category certificate/ Tuition Fee Waiver Certificate, if any
** Character Certificate; and
** Admit Card

Note:
** Registration time for counselling is from 9:00 A.M to 10:30 A.M.

** Point of Sale (POS) machines are installed in BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar. Candidates have to pay their counselling fee of Rs 500/= (five hundred only) by using their Credit Card/ Debit Card/ ATM Card at these POS Machines.

** Candidates, who have passed Secondary School Examination (Matriculation or equivalent examination) from a recognized statutory Board with 40% marks in 10th class in case of Open Merit and 37% marks in case of Reserved Category and have appeared in the Polytechnic Entrance Test held on 10th May, 2015 are eligible for the above counselling.

** The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates on the basis of their Merit/Marks/Rank, choice and availability of seat at their time of counselling.

** In case where counselling of any candidate(s) is not completed on a particular day due to lack of time, his/her counselling will be conducted next day of his/her counselling at 10:00 A.M.

** Candidates are advised in their own interest, to visit BOPEE website in order to know the latest seat matrix on each day of counselling.

** Any Candidate of Kashmir Division including Leh & Kargil can report in BOPEE office Srinagar instead of Jammu office on the same date and time for online counselling as mentioned above, if he/she so wishes.

First Round of Counselling for Admission to Three Year Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Course, 2015 in the Institutions of Jammu Division, Leh & Kargil Only

Subject to having passed Secondary School Examination (Matriculation or equivalent examination) from a recognized statutory Board with 40% marks in 10th class in case of Open Merit and 37% marks in case of Reserved Category and having appeared in the Polytechnic Entrance Test held on 10th May, 2015, the first round of counselling of such candidates as per their ranks for allotment of disciplines and institutions for Admission to Three Year Polytechnic Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) Course, 2015 for Jammu Division Polytechnic Colleges (Govt. and Private) including Leh & Kargil shall be held from 16th June, 2015 at BOPEE office, 4th Floor, South Block, Bahu Plaza, Jammu. The Counselling Schedule shall be notified separately on the official website of BOPEE jakbopee.org and jakbopee.net on 12th June, 2015.

The candidates must be present personally in the counselling along with Electronic Admit Card downloaded by them from BOPEE’s website(s). However, due to any unavoidable circumstances, the candidate may be represented by his/her duly authorized representative with Letter of Authority from the candidate as per the format prescribed in the Diploma Polytechnic Information Brochure 2015 in this behalf. The candidates will have to pay non refundable counselling fee of Rs 500/= (five hundred only) through the Point of Sale (POS) machines installed in the J&K BOPEE office, Jammu using his/her ATM Card/Debit Card/Credit Card.

The latest seat matrix will be displayed at BOPEE office Jammu and BOPEE website during the period of counselling. The counseling for allotment of Discipline and Institution shall be strictly held as enumerated in the Information Brochure-2015 under heading COUNSELLING FOR ALLOTMENT OF DISCIPLINE/INSTITUTION. The allotment of seats shall be made to the candidates on the basis of their Merit/Marks, choice and availability of seat at their time of counselling.
