PMEE Counseling 2015 :
Subsequent to declaration of result of Pre-Medical Entrance Examination (PMEE-2015) held on 29th May 2015 and our notice posted earlier on University website declaring dates of counseling, it is hereby informed that 1st (first) counseling for admission into MBBS programme at Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences will be held on 27th & 29th June 2015, as per details given below, at University campus at Swami Ram Nagar, Jolly Grant, Dehradun – 248016, Uttarakhand:

1. 27th June, 2015 : Qualified candidates of PMEE-2015 under the category “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand”
** Rank 1 to 54 under UK-GEN (includes Rank 22 under UK-GEN-PH)
** Rank 67 & 79 under UK-GEN-DPW
** All qualified UK-SC candidates
** All qualified UK-ST candidates
** Rank 18, 19, 20, 26, 27, 35, 43, 45, 55 & 60 under UK-OBC
** Rank 109 & 186 under UK-OBC-DPW

2. 29th June, 2015 : Qualified candidates of PMEE-2015 under “All India Category”
** Rank 1 to 165 (excluding Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand)

During the first counseling, allotment for the following number of seats shall be made:
(i) 35 (thirty five) no. of seats available for “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand” as given hereunder:

Note: Reservation Policy of Uttarakhand Government is applicable on 35 (thirty five) no. of seats available for “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand”.

(ii) 60 (sixty) no. of seats available under “All India Category” (those who are not permanent residents of Uttarakhand).

SCHEDULE OF COUNSELLING :
REGISTRATION:
The Registration Process will be as follows:
i) Candidates under “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand” as defined herein above shall report for registration at 9:30 AM on Saturday, 27th June, 2015.

ii) Candidates under “All India Category (not permanent residents of Uttarakhand)” as defined herein above shall report for registration at 9:30 AM on Monday, 29th June, 2015.

iii) The registration form for counseling can be downloaded from the university website. Duly filled in registration form is to be brought at the time of counseling.

iv) However, the candidates are required to send in confirmation of their attending the counseling latest by 26th June, 2014 (5.00 p.m.) through email to reg@srhu.edu.in

v) On the dates of counseling, candidates are required to reach the place of counseling atleast half an hour before the above prescribed time.

ALLOTMENT:
(i) After the Registration, allotment of seats will also be done on Saturday, 27th June, 2015 & Monday, 29th June, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. onwards to the candidates under “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand” and “All India Category” category respectively. Candidates are required to remain present in person or through their authorized representative with the following documents in original:
a) Call Letter for counseling.
b) Admit Card of PMEE – 2015.
c) High School or equivalent (10th) certificate as proof of date of birth.
d) Certificate of the qualifying examination (12th).
e) Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination (12th).
f) Recent Character Certificate from the school / college last attended / Gazetted Officer.
g) Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
h) Migration Certificate (if applicable).
i) Caste Certificate (if applicable).
j) Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable).
k) Certificate of “Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand” (if applicable).
l) Category SC/ST/OBC and (or) sub-category (FF/DPW/PH) Certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
m) Ten recent coloured passport size photographs & two stamp size photographs.
n) Two blank non-judicial Stamp Papers of Rs. 10/- each to give affidavit against ragging.
o) Authorization Letter (if applicable) can be downloaded from the university website.
p) One set of colour photocopies of all testimonials.
q) Dully filled in Student Data Form and Hostel Form (to be downloaded)

Call letters are being dispatched to the concerned candidates through speed post. However, call letter can also be downloaded from the University website

(ii) Detail of Fees :
Details of fees charged by the University is as follows:

Along with original documents, candidates are advised to bring a demand draft for the above mentioned fee.

* It is compulsory to deposit atleast Admission Fee of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) by the candidate who has been allotted a seat on the date of counseling.

The Hostel Accommodation is mandatory and is available on twin sharing basis only. In addition to the above fees, the candidates are required to deposit the following fee:
Hostel Fee for non AC room : Rs. 60,000/- p.a. on twin sharing basis
OR
For AC room (subject to availability) : Rs. 75,000/- p.a. on twin sharing basis

(iii) Mode of Payment of fees:
A demand draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of ‘Swami Rama Himalayan University’ payable at Rishikesh.
OR
A multicity cheque issued by State Bank of India drawn in favour of ‘Swami Rama Himalayan University’.

Note:
Candidate who has been allotted the seat shall deposit the fee on the date of counseling or latest by 10th July, 2015 after being found medically fit by the Medical Board of the University. However, candidate is required to pay a minimum of Rs. 50,000/- as Admission Fee (non-refundable) to secure admission on the day of counseling.
Only Tuition Fees, Hostel Fees & Mess Fee can be paid in two equal installments.

All admissions are subject to verification of authenticity of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the Counseling Committee regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final. If any candidate fails to appear for counseling in person or through an authorized representative, he/she will not be entitled to claim for seat in MBBS course and will not be eligible for appearing in the 2nd (second) counseling.
