Issuance of admit card for Common Entrance Examination : On and From 24rd June 2015 to 27th June 2015
Date of Common Entrance Examination for both “M” & “E” Group applicants : 28th June 2015 (Sunday) 12:00 Noon.

Issuance of Admit Card for Common Entrance Examination:
Admit card for Common Entrance Examination for both “E”&“M” group will be available in the website wbscvt.net tentatively on and from 24rd June 2015 to 27th June 2015. Applicant can view and download their Admit Card from the website and can take a printout of it by entering their Application Form number. In the Admit card the actual date and venue of the Common Entrance Examination will be mentioned.

Common Entrance Examination:
Applicants for both “M”&”E” Group of trades are to appear in separate Common Entrance Examination tentatively on 28th June 2015(Sunday) at 12 noon for 1 hour duration. The merit list for both of the groups (M&E) will be prepared state wide separately on the basis of marks obtained by the applicant in the said Common Entrance Examination.

State wide Merit List:
A State wide merit list will be prepared for each trade group (viz M-Group and E- Group) and will be published in the website and also will be available in the Institute’s Help desk tentatively on and from 06th July 2015.

For “M” Group:
“Common Entrance Examination” for “M” group of trades will be conducted on Madhyamik/equivalent standard in Mathematics , Science / Physical Science , English and General Studies.

For “E” group:
“Common Entrance Examination” for “E” group of trades will be conducted on Class VIII standard in Mathematics , Science , English and General Studies.

GUIDELINE RELATED TO “COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION” (CEE)  :
1. All Candidates should bring a valid admit card issued by WBSCVT for attending in the “COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION” (CEE) on 28.06.2015.

2. Candidate should report in the examination centre with in 11:30 am on 28.06.2015. No candidates will be allowed to enter in the examination hall after 12:15 pm.

3. In case of Name/Father’s Name/Date of Birth of any candidate is not printed properly in the Admit card issued by WBSCVT, such candidate may attend the “ CEE” on 28.06.2015 with a valid photo id proof & Mark sheet/Certificate/Admit Card of Class VIII or Madhyamik or equivalent along with print copy of the admit card issued by WBSCVT.

4. In case mistakes in any other fields such Category etc. all candidate will be able to correct them by log in to the WBSCVT portal after completion of the “CEE” and before publication of the Result/Merit Panel. The date for correction and login id /Password will be communicated to all candidates via SMS/Email.

5. All other guideline as mentioned in the Admit Card issued by WBSCVT for “CEE” will remain UNCHANGED.
