KLE University KLEU AIET

KLEU-AIET-2015 ( MBBS/BDS) (B.Pharm, Pharm.D, BPT,BAMS,B.Sc.Nursing)
Students will be admitted to various Courses in the constituent colleges of KLE University viz. J. N. Medical College Belagavi and KLE V.K. Institute of Dental Sciences Belagavi, KLE Colleges of Pharmacy located at Belagavi, Hubli and Bengaluru, KLE Institute of Physiotherapy, Belagavi, KLE Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi and KLE Shri BMK Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Belagavi, on the basis of ‘interse’ merit earned by them in the KLEU- All India Entrance Test (KLEU-AIET– 2015).

15% seats are reserved under management category including seats for NRI/and foreign students.
2.5% of seats are reserved for children of teaching faculty of KLE University (KTC category)
7.5% of the total seats are reserved for students hailing from educationally backward Belagavi Revenue Division (BRD Category) consisting of districts of Belagavi, Dharwad, Karwar, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Haveri and Gadag.

Students claiming seats under BRD category should satisfy the following criteria.
The student’s parents should be permanent residents (minimum 10 year) of one of the seven districts viz. Belagavi, Dharwad, Karwar, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Haveri and Gadag. (Parents Recent Residential Certificate to be enclosed – Issued by Tahsildar)
The students should have done at least ten years of schooling (Primary and Secondary) including PUC I & PUC II (compulsory) in any of the above mentioned seven districts. (Students Study certificate of schooling (1st STD to 10th STD) and PUC I and PUC II to be enclosed).
In case of KTC category (Parents Recent Service Certificate to be enclosed). (Only parent serving in constitute units of KLE university are eligible for KTC Category. The application should be forwarded through the head of the Institution.)
Those claiming seats in the above two categories must specifically indicate the same in the Application form.
Their admission will be on ‘Interse’ merit of KLEU-AIET-2015.
Those of the Seats remaining vacant in KTC category will be transferred to BRD category and those of the remaining vacant in the BRD category will be transferred to general category.
Decision of the authorities of KLE University in case of disputes will be final.

Application / Admission procedure

Application / Admission procedure for Under Graduate courses in MBBS,BDS,B.Pharm,Pharm D,BPT, B.Sc Nursing, PB B.Sc Nursing, & BAMS:
The process involves the following four stages:
** Online submission of application form for KLEU-AIET-2015 examination on or before Thursday, 30th April 2015 by 5.00pm from KLE University website.
** Last date for receipt of printed Online submitted application form / acknowledgement must be reach to the university office by registered post / speed post / courier on or before Tuesday,5th May 2015 by 5.00pm.
** TAT card (Hall Tickets) to be downloaded from KLE University website Wednesday, 6th May 2015, after 8.00pm onwards.
** Appearing for Test on Saturday, the 9th May 2015, from 2.00 PM to 5.00PM.
** Appearing for counseling at the KLE University at Belagavi (Dates of counseling will be intimated later on the University website).

Eligibility Requirements

Common Eligibility Requirements for admission to MBBS/BDS: Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to a course will be considered eligible to appear for the KLEU All India Entrance Test (KLEU-AIET – 2015) & subsequently for admission to that course.

Age: The candidate shall complete 17 years of age on or before the 31st December 2015.

Application Procedure

A candidate desirous of appearing in the KLEU- AIET – 2015, is required to complete the prescribed online application form available on the University website and submit the same to the University online, on or before the scheduled date.

The hard copy (Printout) of the application form submitted online must reach the University office on or before the scheduled date i.e. Tuesday, 5th May 2015 by 5.00pm
Note:
** If order id is generated ensure from your bank account whether amount is deducted or not. If not deducted you can fill one more application form again. If amount is deducted please mail us your order id and your transaction detail and contact details to following e-mail id (itsection@kleuniversity.edu.in) so as to ensure or rectify the error of clarification of payment transaction.
** If you fill more than one application by making different payment no amount will be refunded.
** University will not refund/charge back in any case i.e duplication of application and Bank transaction fail.

“Online” submitted application form / acknowledgement must be printed and sent to the University address by registered post/ speed post/ courier mentioned below.
