Instruction to Generate Admission Application Form :
To Generate Admission Application Form For PAET – 2015 :
1. For Admission Application Form click the link of “Pay Application Fee”
2. You must enter correct combination of Registration No and Date of birth. After Successful combination your filled application form will be appeared in edit mode. You can update your Academic details and all fields which were wrongly entered during the registration.
3. After Successful updation you will be moved to Fee payment Form. From the here you will pay the application fee (1500/-).
4. After the completion of Pay Application Fee process, you can generate your Application Form through the link of “Generate Application Form” available at home page
5. Please take two printout of this form. One printout along with self attested copies of certificates must be sent to the Controller of Examinations, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab, Jodhamal Road, Hoshiarpur (Punjab) and the same is received on or before 15th July, 2015. One copy may be kept in your record till admission.

Please tell us about the counseling date of B.A.M.S. There are many students who are waiting about the date. It had went long time but we are still at home.
