COUNSELING SCHEDULE :
The counseling for admission into PG Courses in SV University, Tirupati and its constituent Affiliated Colleges will be held in SRINIVASA
AUDITORIUM, S.V. UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI as per the following schedule. No individual call letters will be sent to the candidates.

06-07-2015 to 12-07-2015
Phase-I Counseling :
Admissions under Regular/ Payment/ Self-financing/ Sponsored categories will be done simultaneously. Students are advised to come prepared with necessary fee to join in the category of their choice.

Counseling for CAP (Children ofArmed Persons) :
Children of Armed Personnel should attend the counseling with original discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent. CAP category seat is available in a course in an institution if the number of seats are 25 and above.

Counseling for PH category :
Physically challenged candidates should attend the counseling with original PH certificate issued by the Medical Board. PH priority will be decided by the University Medical Officer. PH category seat is available in a course in an institution if the number of seats are 20 and above.

Counseling for NCC/NSS/Sports/Cultural Activities :
Candidates with participation during the period of study of qualifying examination should attend the counseling with original certificates. The concerned officers will finalize the priorities.

Cancellation of admission :
Last date for cancellation of admission with refund of fee after deducting 10% or Rs.500/- which ever is high. No refund will be given after this date.

Phase-II Counseling :
The details of Phase-II counseling will be placed in the website svudoa.in No separate call letters will be sent.

Note: Date of closing of admissions will be informed at a later date.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Only candidates who have passed the qualifying degree examination with the minimum marks prescribed in Point-3 of the Instruction Booklet are eligible for admission. Others need not attend the counseling.

2. No admission will be given if the candidate fails to submit the relevant ORIGINAL certificates.

3. The selected candidate has to submit all the original certificates along with one set of Xerox copies.

4. The selected candidate has to pay the fee IMMEDIATELY in the bank counter provided at the counseling centre and no extension of time will be given for payment of fee.

5. A candidate who fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time will forfeit the right for admission.

6. A candidate who is now doing a PG course in any other Institution will be considered for admission only on the production of a certificate from the concerned Principal/Head of the Institution/College to the effect that the candidate is a student of the Institution and the certificates including TC will be released to the candidate if he/she is selected for admission. Notional admission will be given to such candidates by allowing 4 days time. If the candidate fails to submit the original certificates before the stipulated date, his/her notional admission will be cancelled.

7. If it is found that the admission is secured on false grounds or by suppression of facts, his/her admission will be cancelled.

8. The candidate has to come prepared to stay for one more day, if necessary.

At the time of counseling, the candidate has to submit the following certificates in Original:
a. SVUCET-2015 Rank Card and Hall-Ticket.

b. Provisional / Degree certificate of the qualifying examination.

c. Marks statements of all the years of qualifying examination.

d. Transfer and Conduct certificate (Admission will not be given without submission of Original Transfer Certificate).

e. Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

f. Study certificates from IX class to qualifying examination.

g. Caste certificate in original from the Tahsildar obtained in 2015 or permanent caste certificate (in the case of SC/ST/BC candidates).

h. Income certificate from the Tahsildar obtained in 2015 (for those who wish to claim for fee concession/ scholarship).

i. Relevant certificates in the case of Physically Handicapped / Extra Curricular Activities (NCC/NSS/ Games/ Sports/ Cultural Activities).

j. Residence certificate of parent for stay in the state of AP from the Tahsildar in the case of candidates who have studied outside AP or carried out private study.

k. Discharge certificate and Service certificate of the parent in the case of a child of armed personnel.

HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION :
Admission into a course does not automatically guarantee accommodation in the University Hostels. Admission to hostels will be made as per the availability of accommodation and the hostel rules in vogue.

PAYMENT SEATS: (There is no fee reimbursement for Payment Seats)
In several courses in the University colleges, certain number of seats is provided as payment seats (the number will be announced during counseling). Additional fee is to be paid in addition to the regular fee for admission under this category. SV University colleges: Arts courses – Rs.20,000/- , M.Com., M.LI.Sc, M.Sc. Mathematics – Rs.30,000/-, M.Ed. and Science courses – Rs.50,000/-.

SPONSORED SEATS : (There is no fee reimbursement for Sponsored Seats)
In some of the courses in the University colleges, certain number of seats are provided as sponsored seats. Candidates who wish to join under this category have to pay an additional fee as mentioned below in addition to the course fees. SV University colleges (To be paid at the time of admission. No need to pay in second year) Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology – Rs.1,50,000/-, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Food Technology – Rs.1,00,000/-, Chemistry (Organic/Analytical), Computer Science, Electronics, Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, M.Com (FM) – Rs.50,000/-, Social Work – Rs.20,000/-

In case of SC/ST/BC candidates, if any amount is not reimbursed by the government, the candidates will have to pay the amount to the University/College.
