GUIDELINES FOR PhD/MPhil Registration :
Date of Registration for Ph. D/M.Phil: 6th July 2015.
At the Time of Registration, the Candidate shall come up with the following :
1. Original Certificates, and two sets of Xerox copies of all Educational qualifications from 10th standard onwards, Experience certificate & NOC, Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC).
2. Also the candidate shall pay the First semester Tuition fee of Rs. 30000/- in favour of “KL University”, payable at Vijayawada (The Tution fee is Rs. 30000/- per semester, minimum duration is 3 years for full-time and 4 years for part-time) at the time of registration on 6th July 2015.
3. Showing Original Certificates on the date of registration is mandatory. All the Originals will be verified by RPAC of the Departments concerned. For Full-Time Scholars, All the Original Certificates need to be deposited with the University, and for the part –Time Scholars, after verification of original certificates, certificates will be returned.
4. If a candidate is interested in an external supervisor, he shall bring the Appendix – C, duly filled by the concerned supervisor on the date of registration. Copy of doctoral degree & three recent publications of the proposed supervisor must be submitted to AR Division.
5. Selection of supervisor at KL University is made on the date of registration, or within next two days.
6. A Doctoral Committee, consisting of supervisor, Chairman, and two expert members will be allotted for each candidate, upon the successful completion of the registration by 9th August 2015.
7. Expert lectures will be held on the Research Methodology Course during 7th to 10th July, 2015. Hence all the candidates shall attend the registration on 6th and course work on RM from7th to 10th July, 2014 without fail.

9. If the Candidate fails to register on 6th July 2015, the admission may be cancelled and the same will be allotted to the candidates in the waiting list.
10. All candidates have to register by paying tuition fee of Rs 30000/- for odd semester by July, 5th and even semester by Jan, 5th without fail.
