LEA 2015 :
Lateral Entry Admission is a State Level Counselling for the admission of Direct Second year in various Engineering colleges in TamilNadu. Applications are invited from eligible Diploma Holders in Engineering / Technology and B.Sc. Graduates for admission to Second Year B.E / B.Tech Degree Courses during 2015-2016 under Lateral Entry Scheme for seats in Government, Government Aided and Self-Financing Engineering Colleges.

** Counseling call letters are dispatched to the selected students who have applied for Direct Second Year B.E./B.Tech Admissions 2015.

** The eligible candidates who have not received the call letter are directed to the counseling centre with relevant documents for proof of sending applications as per the above counseling schedule.

** If there is any change in the marks during revaluation, the concerned candidates are directed to report to the revised counseling session as per the revaluation mark and rank.

GUIDELINES FOR THE CANDIDTES ATTENDING COUNSELLING :
You are required to bring the following certificates, in original
** Tenth Mark Sheet
** Diploma Mark Sheets
** Diploma/Provisional/Degree Certificate
** Community Certificate (Card Form)
** Transfer Certificate
** Conduct Certificate
** Nativity Certificate (If required)
** First Graduate Certificate (If applicable)
** Certificates pertaining to special reservation

You should report for counselling One Hour before your counselling session due.
Register your attendance and be seated in the counselling hall.
Your Certificates will be verified, after session ranking.
Attend counselling as per your rank.
Once the College and Branch are selected and the seat confirmed, the allotment is complete and you can collect the allotment order.
There is no scope for change, once the seat is confirmed and allotted.
Cell Phones are not permitted inside counselling hall.
If there is any change in marks due to revaluation etc., report to the counselling centre before one hour.
Candidates may attend counselling with one person (Parent/Guardian).
Candidates should bring the call letter.
