Online Registration for JEE-MAINS Candidate
Registration Only For JEE-MAIN -2015 Candidates :
1. Please check the eligibility criteria given in the information brochure of UPSEE – 2015.
2. Be ready with your JEE-MAIN -2015 Roll Number, Application Form number and Date of birth.
3. Carefully enter all particulars in the online application form.
4. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
5. A Registration Slip with a unique registration number will be generated.
6. Take the printout of this Registration Slip. This Registration Slip shall be treated as Counseling Letter.
7. Paste your photograph at the designated place, fill all the entries and duly put your signature in the Registration Slip.
8. Report to the document verification centre with completed Registration Slip and the following documents in original and one set of self attested photocopy as per schedule:
(i) The duly filled in Registration Slip with Photograph.
(ii) A demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of “Finance Officer, Uttar Pradesh Technical University , Lucknow” payable at the lucknow. Please note that the counseling fee of Rs 500 is non-refundable.
(iii) Your original admit card of JEE-MAIN 2015 .
(iv) Your rank card JEE-MAIN -2015
(v) Your qualifying examination marks sheet
(vi) Your matriculation (10th Class) certificate
(Vii) Proof of category (SC/ST/OBC), in original , if claimed.
(viii) Proof of sub category (AF/FF/HC), in original , if claimed.
(ix) Proof of Domicile certificate, in original , if applicable.
(x) Character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
(xi) Medical Fitness Certificate / An undertaking of Medical Fitness.
All certificates must be in the format as given in the information brochure of UPSEE – 2015.
Candidate must bring a set of attested photocopy of all documents and bank draft at document verification center.
