Documents To Be Submitted At The Time Of Gd/ Interview /Counseling :
Dear Candidate,
Congratulations for having passed the NIPERJEE-2015 written examination. You will now have to attend GD/Interview/Counseling on the dates given below:-

You will be required to submit the following documents in original and a set of photocopies of these certificates at the time of counseling/ group discussion and interview, failing which, your candidature shall be summarily rejected :
** Matriculation Certificate as a proof of age and correct name.

** Mark sheet of all the semesters/years of the qualifying degree. In case your results of final semester is yet to be declared, you can request your college authorities to declare the same before counseling date or your college/ university can send the your confidential result showing total marks scored directly to Chairman , NIPER JEE 2015 , NIPER, S.A.S Nagar (Mohali)

** Valid GPAT/GATE/NET Score Card, whichever applicable.

** Admit Card of NIPER JEE-2015 (written test).

** Certificate of Reservation, wherever applicable.

** OBC Certificate of Reservation and Certificate of Income (showing non-creamy layer status of the OBC candidates as provided in OM No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 9thMarch, 2004 & O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res.) dated 14-10-2008 & O.M. No. 11-3/2012-U Policy dated 31-05-2013 of the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension or any subsequent order issued by the Government of India in this regard). ** Certificate of Disability, if applicable.

** Medical Certificate to be provided in the form given at Annexure-1. (Proforma Enclosed)

** Sponsorship certificate from the employer in case of Government/Industry sponsored candidates as per form attached at Annexure-2.(Proforma Enclosed)

** Documentary proof in support of the NRI status [only for M.B.A. (Pharm.)].

** Affidavit to be provided in the form of Undertaking provided at Annexure-3. (Proforma Enclosed)

** Undertaking to be given by the parents regarding ragging for their wards to abide by rules of the Institute to be given in the form given at Annexure-4.(Proforma Enclosed)
