Can I change/modify the data once I submit the form?
No you cannot change the data. For any modifications in the form kindly send us an e-mail from your registered e-mail id mentioning your Full name (as it is written on the application form), application form no. and the details to be edited. Please note that only few basic information can be modified.

What do you mean by OBC(Non Creamy Layer)?
Candidates will belong to OBC(NCL) category if their cast/community appears in the Central List of Other Backward Classes which is recognized as a Backward Class under:
Government of India, Ministry of Welfare Resolution No. 12011/68/93-BCC (C) dated 10th September, 1993 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-I Section-1 dated the 13th September, 1993.

Government of India, Ministry of Welfare Resolution No. 12011/9/94-BCC dated 19.10.1994 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-1, Section-1, No. 163 dated 20.10.1994.

Is change of Centre permitted?
For change of centre the candidate is required to send a written request duly signed by the student and a DD of Rs.500/- in favour of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE payable at NEW DELHI. This request must be sent on or before 2nd November 2015.

When will I receive the admit card?
The Admit Cards will be sent BY POST to all the students, who submit filled-in application forms complete in all respects (online or offline), in the first week of November 2015. Applicants, who do not receive their Admit Cards by 12th November 2015, can download their Admit Card from IIFT’s website. With a print out of the Admit card, the candidates should reach the venue of the Exam Centre on 22nd November 2015 latest by 9.00 a.m. with one of the following documents: (a) Passport (b) Election I-Card (c) College I-Card (d) Driving License or (e) PAN Card for appearing in the Exam.

Bank name is not appearing on my printed online application form.
Bank name will appear only for those candidates whose mode of payment for the online form is Demand Draft. If the mode of payment is by Credit/Debit card, bank name will not be printed and the space there will remain blank

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CASES :
No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the registration is done, under any circumstances except incase of multiple transactions made against the same candidate.
Please send all requests for refund to refunds@iift.ac.in with the following details:
** First and last four digits of your Credit card no
** Expiry date of the Card
** Name of the Cardholder
** Date of transaction
** Application Form No.

How we protect and store personal information :

DOCUMENT CHECK LIST :
For General Category :
If paying through Credit / Debit Card:
The canddiates are not required to send the print-out of the online application form.

If paying through Demand Draft :
** Print-out of the Online Application Form.
** Original Demand Draft of requisite amount with Name, Address & Application No. mentioned on the back-side of the demand draft.

For SC / ST / PH / OBC (NCL) Category :
** Print-out of the Online Application Form.
** Self attested copy of caste certificate for SC / ST / PH candidates.
** Self attested copy of Central Level OBC (non creamy layer) certificate (Sample).
** Original Demand Draft of requisite amount with Name, Address & Application No. mentioned on the back-side of the demand draft (if not paying through credit / debit card).

For Foreign National/ NRI/ Children of NRI :
Copy of GMAT score.
Foreign National: Proof of nationality, photocopy of first & last page of passport.
NRI category: photocopy of first & last page of the candidate’s passport, letter from embassy as a proof of NRI.
Children of NRI Category: photocopy of first & last page of the NRI parent’s passport, letter from embassy as a proof of Children of NRI.
Original Demand Draft of requisite amount with Name, Address & Application No. on the back-side of demand draft (if not paying through credit / debit card).

Online form along with necessary enclosures should be sent to following address by Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier only.
