Agriculture and Medical :
ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR EAMCET – 2015

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for EAMCET-2015:
1. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
2. Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended (See Annexure-III).

3. A. For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA & BM) courses:
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, with any two / three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below:
With any two of the subjects:
a. B.Sc.(Ag.) i. Physical Sciences
ii. Biological or Natural Sciences
iii. Agriculture
iv. Vocational Course in Agriculture
b. B.Sc.(Hort) same as above
c. B.V.Sc. & A.H i. Physical sciences
ii. Biological or Natural Sciences
d. B.F.Sc. i. Physical Sciences
ii. Biological or Natural Sciences
iii. Vocational Courses in Fishery Sciences
e. B.Tech.(Food Science) i. Mathematics
ii. Physical Sciences
or
i. Physical Sciences
ii. Biological or Natural sciences
f. B.Sc.(CA & BM) i. Mathematics
ii. Physical Sciences
or
i. Physical Sciences
ii. Biological or Natural Sciences

Note:
i) Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in EAMCET-2015.(AM Category).
ii) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC/ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of admission.

3. B. For MBBS / BDS Courses (as per GO Ms.No. 195 dated 07-07-2011):
i. Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / BioTechnology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe & Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / BioTechnology.
ii. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

3. C. For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:
i. Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional which shall include a practical test in each subject.
ii. a) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
b) There is no maximum age limit for admission into BAMS/BHMS/BNYS

3. D. For B. Pharm Course:
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
(iii) Candidates should have completed 16 years of Age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.

3. E. For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Course:
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall be eligible.

3. F. For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
iii) Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

Engineering :
ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR EAMCET – 2015
Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for EAMCET-2015:
a. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

b. Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended (See Annexure III).

c. For Engineering, Bio- Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Tech (Food Science and Technology (FST) /B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Mgt. (CA & BM)) Courses:
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optionals or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled during 2000-2002 and subsequent batches, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the Bio-Technology course.

Candidates should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / A.P.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern.
(iii) In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
(iv) In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

d. For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training.
(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
(iii) Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

  1. I put a mail addressing convenertseamcet.in requesting for procedure of amendment in special category column of my daughter in which she didn’t put option of CAP quota she is eligible for. Please guide us and allow us to avail that quota as I am an Exservicemen and has served in Indian Air Force For 20 Years of my young age between 20 years to 40 years leaving all my near and dear. Please do the needful and allow us to avail that CAP quota for my child RKE Sravani in Engineering counseling.

    Can I come to your office and clear my disputes?

    1. After completing the ONLINE application process and generating printable Application form, will I be able to login again to change my application data?
      NO, after submission of the ONLINE application form, a “Filled In Application Form” is generated. The candidate should take a print of the application form and hence, cannot modify the data. Therefore, the candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE application form. However, some of the fields (excluding Stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No., Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Regional Test Centre and SSC Hall Ticket details) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited by the Candidate during a permitted period. Still changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER or REGIONAL COORDINATOR, EAMCET – 2015 or send an e-mail to convener@tseamcet.in.

    Process for application and submission.

    1. For Online submission, visit the website http://www.tseamcet.in. A candidate has to pay Rs.250/- as Registration Fee and late fee (if applicable) by opting any of the following two modes of payment: (a) TSOnline / APOnline / e-Seva / Mee Seva. (b) Debit / Credit Card. After filling the Online Application Form with the required details, the candidate is required to verify all the details carefully and press Submit button. Filled In Online Application Form will be generated which contains Registration Number along with filled in details. The candidate is required to take printout of Filled In Online Application Form and it is to be submitted to the Invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent color photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination. The candidate should use the Registration Number for future correspondence.
