Download Allotment Order by Signing-In through ‘Candidates Login’.

For security reasons it is advisable that :
** More than one candidate should not login from the same Computer/ Browser at the same time.
** After completing options entry, Always LOGOUT properly and close the Browser.

All candidates can exercise options for minority institutions. However allotment to them will be made subject to availability of seats after exhausting concerned minority students.
Colleges displayed for option entry are subject to approval of AICTE, Govt. & Affiliating body.
Use Internet Explorer 9.0 and above with Screen Resolution 1024 by 768 with recommended Security and Compatibility settings.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ON POST ALLOTMENT ACTIVITY :
1. You might have received the details of allotment through SMS to your registered mobile.
2. You can also view your allotment details through Candidate login by entering the login ID No., Hall ticket No.,Password , date of birth and Capcha code ( displayed in blue colour) as you did for entering options.
3. When you click on Sign-in, the following screen is displayed .
Allotment Order: A click on this button will display the Provisional Allotment Order. Read the instructions carefully and take a print out.
Self-reporting system: A click on this button will display the following screen. This system is introduced for the convenience of students who can accept the allotment made without submission of the original certificates to the college immediately. It will facilitate you to participate in subsequent phase of counselling and better your chance of getting a college/course of your choice without loosing your I phase of allotment.
** If the tuition fee to be paid by the candidate is indicated as zero, the candidate can accept his allotment through self-reporting system.
** If the tuition fee to be paid by the candidate is not equal to zero, the candidate has to download the challan and pay the amount in any branch of State Bank of Hyderabad and update his acceptance to join the college through self-reporting system.
Either you have not paid the fee specified in the Allotment Order
or Your Fee Payment details are not yet received from the Bank !!
Try again after one working day if you have paid the fee through challan.
If fee is paid, the following details will be displayed
Challan No, Fee Paid (in Rs.), Bank Transaction ID, Bank Branch
You can accept your joining by click on the button “ACCEPT MY JOINING”. And you find the following
You can still rethink on accepting the joining (clicking on OK) or delay the decision (Click on Cancel). If you click on OK, you are accepting the allotment and your joining details are saved and take a print out of this .
If there is no change of allotted college or course in subsequent/final phase of counselling, your seat in the allotted college of phase-I is retained and you can join the college by submitting the downloaded allotment order and joining report. You are advised to submit the original certificates in the college after final phase of counseling.
If you click on ‘’Cancel “button or fail to click on “Äccept my joining” and do not accept your joining the allotted college, you will have no claim on the allotted seat and the allotment gets cancelled and will be treated as a vacancy for subsequent phase of counselling .
View saved options: A click on this button will display the options last saved by yourself.
Logout: After performing the above activities, you can log out from the website
Can I get allotment order of 2015 year?
If the college allotted in second counseling or in the first counseling, we have paid the fee, then if we want to reject the seat then will the fee paid will be returned?
