Note
1. Candidates are required to appear for counseling at the scheduled date and time at MAKAUT, WB. In case a candidate cannot appear in person for counseling, s/he can send her/his representative duly authorized by the candidate with a letter citing valid reason/s.
2. Candidates qualified in the merit list will have to pay a Counseling fee of Rs. 500.00 and an Allotment Fee of Rs. 5000/- both by separate D.D. drawn in favour of ‘MAKAUTWB-PGET’ from any nationalised bank payable at Kolkata at the time of Counseling.
3. Candidates have to bring (a) all relevant marksheets, (b) GATE score card (if any), (c) certificates in original (with one photocopy of each) for submission, (d) PGET admit card and (e) PGET Rank Card (to be downloaded from the PGET website).
4. No change in allotment of college / institute will be allowed once the candidate completes counseling.
Candidates qualified in the merit list will have to pay a Counseling fee of Rs. 500.00 and an Allotment Fee of Rs. 5000/- both by separate D.D. drawn in favour of ‘MAKAUTWB-PGET’ from any nationalised bank payable at Kolkata at the time of Counseling. All fees are non refundable, however the amount of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid during counseling will be adjusted on taking admission with ‘Admission Fee’
As directed by the Registrar one representative of each college of PG courses in Engg. and Technology and Pharmacy are requested to attend the PGET counselling session. College authorities are requested to furnish their General/ SC / ST/ OBC/ Sponsored Intake in various courses to the Contact Email address provided above.
