FOR ADMISSION TO BDS COURSE IN PRIVATE UN-AIDED DENTAL COLLEGES OF HIMACHAL PRADESH (ALL INDIA ENTRANCE TEST)

i) Complete Student Name As Entered in Application Form
ii) Enter Date Of Birth
iii) Click on Submit Button
Date of test : 30th August 2015
Time: 01.00 PM to 03.00 PM
Centre of Entrance Test :
Bal Niketan Model Senior Secondary School,
Sec 37 – A, Chandigarh
Note : To be retained by the candidate after the entrance test and must be brought at the time of counselling
Procedure to be followed in the examination hall :
a) No candidate will be allowed entry in the Examination hall 15 minutes (01:15 PM) after the commencement of the test.
b) Each candidate will be given a sealed test booklet.
c) Immediately on receipt of the test booklet, the candidate will first read the instructions on it and fill in the required particulars. Before attempting the question paper, the candidates must check that the test booklet supplied to him/her is complete in all respects as regards the number of pages and questions. Discrepancy if any should be brought to the notice of the invigilator immediately and the booklet should be got changed. No complaint in this regard will be entertained 30 minutes after the start of the test.
d) The test booklet sheet must be handed over to the invigilator before leaving the hall, failing which the candidature of the candidate will stand cancelled.
e) There will be no revaluation/rechecking.
Not Allowed In Examination Hall :
a) Hand Bag, Carry Bag, Wallets and Purse etc.
b) Mobile Phones / Tablet / IPad / IPod / Other Devices Having GSM Functions.
c) Any Device Having Camera Features.
d) Any Type of Paper / Sheet (Not Even for any Rough Work).
e) Personal Ball / Gel / Other Pens.
